Three references refer to "Abramson, Brian Dean (2019), Vaccine, Vaccination, and Immunization Law. Bloomberg Law." This work seems to have 2018 and 2021 (2nd edition) dates, not 2019, and the references seem incomplete. I was trying to track this down, but it looks like it is only available in law schools 100+ miles from me (via WorldCat).
