Need to add Timor-Leste in the dark blue visa free countries on the map. I don't have the faintest idea on how to edit maps on Wikipedia, however Portugal and Indonesa are the only countries whose citizens can travel to East Timor on that lax regime.

The information for India and Russia is also missing, I will try to fill that gap.
