The Wikidragon defines me as an editor. Wikipedia may seem easy now, but there are lots of polocies and you must make sure you follow them. I too am a young editor(im 12) and I am a HAU. But really, Wikipedia is a big thing. It's one of the most visited websites...in thw world. Suggestions for East Clinton Middle School

Hey Robbie! I was looking through your contributions when I came upon East Clinton Middle School. It has been tagged ((notability)), so here I am to give you some suggestions before it gets deleted. In my opinion, East Clinton Middle School does deserve an article here in Wikipedia. To not get it deleted, I suggest you:

Expand a bit the artice. Add how many students are there, how many are American, Chinese, etc., how many of each year’s graduates enroll in colleges and universities, a bit of sports, organizations the school is affiliated to, etc.
Add external links, specifically the official website of the school, and references to confirm your information.
Add images, if available for use here in Wikipedia.
Never forget to be neutral. Don't write how the school is bad or how it is good.

Thieves Like Us (Band)

Why did you remove the db-band tag from Thieves Like Us (Band)? If you're going to, at least leave a reason. I've reverted it for now; the current format still doesn't pass the notability guidelines. Ironho lds 09:43, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

Look at the Wikipedia:Image copyright tags, choose the one which is most accurate (or, if the image is your own, the one you want to release the image under), and add that template to the image description page. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the ((GFDL-self)) tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as ((non-free fair use in|article name)) or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Orphaned non-free media (Image:Slytherin.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Slytherin.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Explain your actions

Explain why you reverted on Flemish (linguistics) on that talk page please, as you failed to adda summary as is the custom on Wikipedia. You literally said didn't have to be an expert not to see that the previous version "wasn't inaccurate", thereby you implied 'my' version was. I see you have yet to come up with these supposed inaccuracies, it's fair to say I called your bluff. You created a redirect without needing to. There was no need for a redirect here, it wasn't badly written, like you said was your reasoning for creating a redirect, so I undid it. It is extremely uncivil and rude to tell me to explain myself promptly. A nice 'could you please explain your actions' would have worked.

Someone with a little knowledge on the topic oughta be the judge of that. Next time, use the discussion page instead of blindly reverting first.-- Ευπάτωρ ^Talk!! 16:45, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

Copyright problems

The copyright statuses of Image:ECHSighschool.jpg and Image:Esmsschool.jpg seem highly dubious to me. The sources of these images do not indicate that they are public domain or GFDL. These will be deleted if you cannot explain why these images have been tagged as such. --- RockMFR 19:31, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
