Notice: You Are Now Subject to Editing Restrictions
Per my earlier notice regarding discretionary sanctions and my final warning, both posted above, and due to your continued demonstration of problematic editing on BLPs, I am placing you under the following editing restrictions with immediate effect...
You may not directly create any article about a living or recently deceased person as defined by BLP in the mainspace of the project. Any proposed new pages must be submitted as a WP:DRAFT to WP:AFC for review and approval.
You may not make any edit to any article about a living or recently deceased soccer/football player without first having the edit proposed on the talk page of the article and then reviewed and approved by at least one editor with extended confirmed rights. When making an edit to a BLP article subject to this restriction you will name the editor who reviewed and approved your edit in the edit summary.
These editing restrictions shall remain in place for a period of one year from this date, after which your editing history will be reviewed to determine if the restrictions should be extended, modified or lifted. If any aspect of the above editing restrictions is unclear, let me know and I will clarify them. You are free to remove this notice from your talk page along with any other notices or warnings with the exception of your most recent unblock request. However, be aware that the restrictions remain in place until such time as you are informed by someone with arbitration enforcement competency that they have been modified or removed. This measure is being taken with great reluctance. However based on your editing history, which has included multiple blocks based on WP:CIR concerns, it appears to be the only step short of an indefinite block that will curb your poor editing habits. Finally these restrictions are being logged at WP:AEL and any breach may result in your being blocked, very likely indefinitely. -Ad Orientem (talk) 01:13, 20 November 2017 (UTC)

Final Warning
If you continue to mass produce draft articles that do not meet even our most basic guidelines for referencing and notability I am going to have no choice but to block you. You have been around long enough to know that blogs are not reliable sources. -Ad Orientem (talk) 15:23, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
@Ad Orientem: I am going to fix the drafts that have almost all blog sources. If most an article's references are from one blog (e.g. Draft:Emmanuel Frimpong (footballer, born 1989), Kingdom of Football blog) which has the most information about the player, do I have to remove them from the article and is the information not considered reliable? Also, am I allowed to use one or two blog sources for an article? Das osmnezz (talk) 15:59, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
Blogs are not reliable sources and may not be used as references. Nor may they be used to establish notability. Please read WP:RS carefully. -Ad Orientem (talk) 16:08, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
Simple answer to your question - don't add blogs as sources. Use only reliable sources. Joseph2302 (talk) 20:24, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
How about as external links? Das osmnezz (talk) 20:37, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
The guidelines for external links are found at WP:EL. The upshot is that very rarely do blogs meet the guidelines for being linked in an article. Rare exceptions exist such as cases where the blog is independently notable with its own article or a blog run by the subject of the article. -Ad Orientem (talk) 21:47, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Joseph2302 was:
So many POV statements, such as "in view of the fact that there was an imperious need for attacking midfielders to bolster the club". Regardless of whether or not he's played in an FPL, the tone needs to be factual and encyclopedic.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Emmanuel Frimpong (footballer, born 1989) (March 11)
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Joseph2302 was:

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Legacypac was:
This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. Wikipedia requires significant coverage (not just mere mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject—see the guidelines on the notability of people, the golden rule and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners and Help:Introduction to referencing/1), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. If additional reliable sources cannot be found for the subject, then it may not be suitable for Wikipedia at this time.
The comment the reviewer left was:
This is nothing but a name check with no useful info. This is a good example of why your pages need to be checked.

Hi - you may want to familiarize yourself with WP:NFOOTBALL. I've approved several of your drafts on the basis of the player meeting criteria #2, however, several others clearly do not meet either of the criteria and - because of very light referencing - cannot reasonably pass the WP:GNG either. Best of luck - Chetsford (talk) 07:25, 11 April 2018 (UTC)

No clear evidence that passes WP:NSPORTS. As with previous submissions from this user: if you claim that the subject does, you need to make that claim explicit in the article rather than throwing in random anecdotes and expecting the reader to guess.

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Davisonio was:

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Heliosxeros was:
This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

The comment the reviewer left was:
Sports isn't my field but, as I understand it, he would be notable if he'd played for the Timor national team, as per Wikipedia:Notability (sports)#Association football. But the claim that he has is unsourced. If the author could provide a source for this claim, ideally in English but that's not essential, I think we'd be good to go. I don't think the Timor-Leste league stuff will do as that's not a fully-professional league.

This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. Hello! I just wanted to request that you archive your user talk page. While it may not be bothersome to you, many editors have slow connections, and having a very large talk page can hamper communication. If you need help, just check out the guide over at Help:Archiving a talk page. Thanks! The editor whose username is Z0 02:56, 1 August 2018 (UTC)
