They are Georg Vinogradov and Artur Amon. My gut feeling is they both pass WP:GNG based soley on their Olympedia bios, with Vinogradov having quite a lenghty career, and Amon capped multiple times too. • The accessibility guideline that I quoted from MOS:ACCIM (#4) states: "Avoid placing images on the left hand side as a consistent left margin makes reading easier." From Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Images, it states: "Most images should be on the right side of the page, which is the default placement." I see, further down it states under Portrait: "It is often preferable to place a portrait (image or representation of a person) so that they "look" toward the text, but do not achieve this by reversing the image, which creates a false presentation. (Faces are never truly symmetric even in the absence of scars or other features.)" The portrait of Anderson is looking forward. I guess that could be interpreted to mean that portraits can be on the left. I'm not too arsed or invested though, so if you prefer the image on the left, go for it. I won't revert.
