Hello, according to WP:DRAFTOBJECT, an article can only be draftified once, but you've done it twice. When you moved it, you stated in the edit summary that it had UPE/COI issues. However, this article was accepted by AfC and went through the NPP process, during which no information related to COI/UPE was found. Additionally, you mentioned that the article is not notable, but it actually meets the criteria for WP:NFILM with three or more reviews. As a result, I have undone your move. If you disagree with this decision, you can nominate it for deletion through WP:AfD. It's important to keep in mind that repeatedly violating WP:DRAFTOBJECT may lead to consequences.
