Why?

Mhking...I have re-written the gloStream content twice now, yet it is continually taken down as blatant advertising and I don't understand why. It ws neutral in tone and the content was referenced. In fact, my last section included citations and was written in similar fasion to the Medinotes article. Since they are also an EMR company and have an article, I copied their form. Some feedback would be helpful. I always thought Wikipedia was supposed to be inclusive, but it sures seems exclusive to me. trk955. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Trk955 (talkcontribs) 03:07, 26 December 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

My revert on that page was not meant as vandalism, I thought it should be seen and deleted by an admin not by some random person.--DanteAgusta (talk) 02:30, 7 February 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I do apologize if I did the wrong thing. Again, it was not my intention to do wrong.--DanteAgusta (talk) 02:55, 7 February 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

That article is three pains and a half these days. I'm hoping that discussions can be curtailed when they're just provocative and unproductive, but I'm too young for ulcers, so I can only take it so far. Not taking the bait can be hard sometimes, which is why I've been blanking a lot of the really bad stuff that's useless anyhow. It's probably some premature to think I've done much worthwhile yet, though. WilyD 19:16, 7 February 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Blocking IPs that aren't actively editing is rarely worthwhile. Block/ban evasions typically at a minimum reset the block/ban, but if someone's jumping around IPs, there's little value in blocking their old IP they're unlikely to use again. WilyD 12:28, 8 February 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

WKYC-TV, WEWS-TV

My edits are not vandalism, please do not label them as such. Further, i was not the one that mis-spelled the newscast member's name, and I did not add Game Show Network to WKYC-TV's affiliations. It was there before i made my edits. I'm unsure if WKYC even airs GSN. RingtailedFoxTalkContribs 21:04, 10 February 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Talk: Barack Obama

Michael,

This is a request for you to restore the previous addition of information relating to Senator Obama's personal tastes from an exclusive interviews that Senator Obama gave to the largest circulation Chinese-language daily newspaper in the U.S. It is not vandalism by any means.

Senator Obama gave an exclusive interview to the Chinese-language newspaper, The World Journal, March 1, 2008, in which he revealed, among other things, his favorite Chinese dishes. This is significant and note-worthy because Senator Obama was born in Hawaii, and grew up in Hawaii and Indonesia, where he came into contact with Chinese cuisine and culture on a daily basis. He did not leave Asia until he went to college in Los Angeles. His brother-in-law is Chinese, and his sister is half-Indonesian.

Why don't you read the cited interview yourself? The translation of the article is found at: [2] This is the original article in Chinese:[3] As you can see, it is a graphically sophisticated article illustrated with several color photographs of the Obama family.

The World Journal is headquartered in New York, and published in half a dozen publishing plants throughout the U.S.

Because the online edition of The World Journal does not permit direct links to the relevant pages, the citation for this sentence is a facsimile reproduction (with the permission of The World Journal) of the interview in Chinese.

As the interview was published in the Chinese language, there is also cited an English translation of the interview. I have reviewed the English translation and can attest to its accuracy.

TK Chang —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tkhorse (talkcontribs) 03:50, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Michael, In response to your previous comment, I have changed the source to a reliable source, which is the Official Website of the Obama for America Website, under the Asian Americans for Obama page. [4] Actual interview (which was conducted in English) is found at [5]

The Obama campaign has obviously felt that it important enough to post it on its Official Website.

The citation is important because it a way to point readers to a new information source on Obama, that just became available online, and which is derived from one of the only detailed interviews that Obama has given recently to any publication in any language. This will be a valuable link for future researchers and reporters trying to find more information on Obama.

The interview with the World Journal was conducted last week during a time when Obama was extremely busy. It shows the tremendous importance that Obama places on the support of Asian Americans, who have up to now mostly supported other candidates. (See Time Magazine article, "Does Obama Have an Asian Problem?")

The information is also significant because Obama has a Chinese brother-in-law and half-Indonesian sister, and spent all his childhood until college living in Indonesia (where there is a very large Chinese population) and Hawaii, where he was in constant contact with Asian cultures and cuisines.

His taste in Chinese (and Hawaiian) dishes are sophisticated, and the answer that he gave in the interview is genuine. It corrects the misleading impression conveyed by the previous sentence in the paragraph that says his favorite food is "chili", which is probably much less accurate in fact, and much more likely to be a perfunctory politician's answer.

If you agree to put in the "chili" answer (which is likely to be much less accurate), then there is no reason you should keep out this much more accurate answer. Otherwise, you should take both out.

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Southlake.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:Southlake.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:21, 7 May 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Please explain

Re: 76.195.180.84 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • WHOIS • RDNS • trace • RBLs • http • block user • block log) sock of Dingbat2007 back at it again

Please explain what "it" is. If you're simply making a sock report, then that needs to be reported elsewhere. If "it" refers to specific vandalism, please say so in your AIV report. Doczilla STOMP! 00:34, 30 May 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Yes, an obvious sock of a block-evading vandal can be banned on sight. But if you want that to happen, you need to prove to admins that it is an obvious sock of a block-evading vandal. For example, a vandal once known as Creepy Crawler drives us nuts. A ready evidence list appears at Category talk:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Creepy Crawler so that any admin available to evaluate the sock can quickly take action. Without explaining anything about the history, you're asking an admin who doesn't know you to take you at your word when assuming good faith about your statement would mean failing to assume good faith about the other person. I've seen too many people make sock accusations against others, some of which could not be correct, to block somebody just because someone else makes a vague statement that a sock is "back at it again." If you want the person blocked quickly, you need to explain. Doczilla STOMP! 16:47, 30 May 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

My page has been deleted over and over again and has been re-written a bunch of times and I dont see it as blantant advertising like it says. It is re-written as factual about the company.

External Link Spam Question

I don't believe that my additional link to Rachel Bilson's Page was spam. I saw that she had a page on http://www.coolspotters.com that shows the products she uses. The page is completely related to her. If theres another way I should have gone about posting this I'd like to know.
Fashionluver14 (talk) 18:39, 16 June 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

First of all Coolspotters.com is not an advert since all content is contributed by users (Just like wikipedia) and Secondly then why are there external links for sites like People.com on the same wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rachel_Bilson which clearly isn't a encyclopedia based site? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fashionluver14 (talkcontribs) 22:09, 16 June 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Rachel Bilson is a celebrity and people care as much about the products celebrities use in their real lives as much as or more than they do about celebrity gossip. Coolspotters is more important to the wikipedia audience because unlike her People magazine page Coolspotters is based on facts where with media to support the association. Whats more useful to the average wikipedia user? How do I make sure the link is a verifiable source? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fashionluver14 (talkcontribs) 15:01, 17 June 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I would say that there is a reason or purpose to add the link to Rachel Bilson's profile. Say I am fan of Rachel Bilson and looking at her wiki page as a fan I'd be more interested in the products she uses than gossip and rumors about her. The link is not just promotion but a useful tool for people looking to find information about Rachel Bilson. At least check the link to see that coolspotters is verifiable link http://coolspotters.com/actresses/rachel-bilson. It is definability relevant content if I posted it incorrectly I'd be happy to fix it. --Fashionluver14 (talk) 18:20, 17 June 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Everything that I added to the Fox News page was factual; I was simply expanding on the already existing information. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.77.242.74 (talk) 23:09, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Speedy deletion of User talk:Karancrack

A tag has been placed on User talk:Karancrack, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding ((hangon)) to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:User talk:Karancrack|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. I'm taking a break...

As I feel you have been one of the better contributing editors of television station-related articles, I've decided to write this to you directly.

I'm taking a break from editing for a while. There's too much going on with me in this place that I need to regroup, enjoy the summer, and refocus. I feel that there is a lack of cohesiveness and willingness to share opinions and work together the way we should here, at least in certain areas. Right now, all of this is coming to a head for me, and I've decided to take a step back. I'm not sure when I'll return, but I will. Keep up the good work. Walt Disney Company Article

The quote I added from ALL on the Walt Disney article is included in the source directed on the page, read it before blindly reverting edits. The statement was listed before but was incomplete, I simply completed the entire quote. Before it only included only half the quote, perhaps to enforce your own opinions as you accused me of doing. 68.219.27.195 (talk) 01:23, 9 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

However, there are some statements on Disney's controversial persona listed on the article that may prove to be original research. If you want to improve the Walt Disney Company article I suggest improving the list of miscellaneous information in the article that follows the company's history and deleting original research, however other editors may condemn you for deleting sourced information because it contradicts your opinions. Cheers! K.H (talk) 01:41, 9 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

TV Stations

Hi there - you recently tagged a number of TV station articles for speedy deletion. Each of them passed the google test, and they seem to exist, so I have removed the tags from the articles. If you are convinced these stations don't exist, can I suggest you take them to AfD? BTW "hoax television station that does not exist" is not a valid criteria for speedy deletion. When you're taging articles, I believe you should make sure you reference one of the CSD criteria. --Deadly∀ssassin 15:20, 19 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

  • Well it's my turn to now not be sure. I did a google search to see if the stations existed and as I wasn't aware about the creator's history I just assumed that a mistake was made. The stations exist, I just don't know if the details are correct. I will do a bit more research. --Deadly∀ssassin 15:30, 19 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Edits by 24.207.237.221

The edits by 24.207.237.221 follow an existing history that are purposefully have run counter to the guidelines established in WP:TVS -- he refuses to contact or converse with anyone about his edits, and when his edits are reverted, he shifts to a new IP number and begins anew. He is referred to among the members of the WP:TVS project as the "St. Louis Vandal," primarily because many of his edits are tied to St. Louis television stations. Recently, the St. Louis Vandal has been tied to BenH, who has also created an established pattern of abuse. WWTV

Can you point me to the relevant section in WP:TVS that cites on-air talent only in the staff section? The reason I ask is that you recently removed chief photojournalist Corey Adkins from the article on WWTV, and while in title and function he's not strictly on-air staff, he often participates on-air in live shots for the morning newscast, and is known on-air to viewers. He's not technically on-air, but he sort of is on-air. It's a weird situation and I'd like to see the exact rationale to see if it might be appropriate to add him back in. Thanks! Benscripps (talk) 16:43, 22 September 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Thanks for the clarification--I know just what you mean about everybody and their brother being listed on station pages (the WWTV page was like that in the past). Notalibity of Amazing V,Verb,DJ Ballistic Bally and The Real One

Here's my reasons why they are all notable. Verb:Starred in 2 Live Crew's chart-topping album Back at your ass for the nine-4. If you don't considere being in a chart-topping album "not notable" then your stupid. Look up something before denying immediately. Amazing V: He was a founding member of 2 Live Crew. Look it up. He left after their single Revelations due to military commitments. Look it up. It even says it on 2 Live Crew's own WikiPedia page. DJ Ballistic Bally: His MySpace lists him as 2 Live Crew's officialy DJ and he's been on 2 Live Crew's wikipedia page for a long time. The Real One: It was professionally reviewed by Allmusic.com. Songs of it are on YouTube. It's on 2 Live Crew's official MySpace. Copys of the album can be bought through the web. It's a real album. This is the stupidest notablity tag you've put on yet. You guys also removed an article about Splack Pack, a rap group whose song has a whooping 5 million views on YouTube. You guys need to some research before denying every single thing that's not super famous. Geez.--AdrianPosse (talk) 00:50, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

speedy deletion

Hello. I've finished updating my article which you had initially tagged for speedy deletion. For your consideration, I would like to introduce the fact that I have used and lightly contributed to Wikipedia for many years (see my user page) before even attempting to add a bio about myself, and only did so when I discovered I had been mentioned in another article. I think my background information is interesting, but I'm obviously too close to it to be a good judge. Thanks for your vigilance. Mbac (talk) 00:58, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Brother Marquis and The Real One still are considered notable by WikiPedia;s standards

The Real One is an official album which was professionally reviewed by allmusic.com and is on 2 Live Crew's official MySpace as an album. Brother Marquis:He is an official member of 2 Live Crew and is listed as one on their MySpace page. He was in 2 Live Crew is what we are,Move Somethin,Banned in the USA,As Nasty as They Wannabe,The Real One, and their upcoming album so called the Shake Joint. —Preceding unsigned comment added by AdrianPosse (talkcontribs) 01:01, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Brother Marquis is notable and you had no right to delete it

Brother Marquis has starred in 5 2 Live Crew albums and will be starring in 2 Live Crew's upcoming album. He also had made 2 solo albums. His real name is Mark Ross. You can find pictures of him all over the Internet. He is listed as an official member of 2 Live Crew on their website. He has been shown as a member on all their officially signed and released albums he has starred in. Parts of songs where he features in have been marked on many lyrics sites. He has performed live with them in concert. He's on the covers of all the 2 Live Crew album's he starred in for christ sake. There have been YouTube comments about him. Yes he is notable and you can't deny it and you won't stop me from making articles of official notable musicians to make WikiPedia better. Please explain your reasoning now how Brother Marquis is so calle "unnotible". Please don't just pertend like you don't see this. Respond with your reason the instant you see this. Peace.-- Woops sorry someone else deleted it but you still had no right to mark it criteria for speedy deletion.--AdrianPosse (talk) 01:14, 12 October 2008 (UTC)AdrianPosse (talk) 01:10, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Pokémon: Advanced Generation redirection

Regarding this edit, you can hardly call one response to your nomination at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pokémon: Advanced Generation a consensus or "decision". Rather than edit war, perhaps relist the article at AfD and seek wider input. Cheers. -- Longhair\talk 01:38, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I'm not giving you a hard time. I'm just pointing out your choice to redirect the article is backed by one voice of support. If you feel that's what the community wants, allow them to say so. I don't care either way if the article or redirect exists, but 1 person (or 2, including yourself) is not the community. -- Longhair\talk 01:43, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Often AfDs are permitted to run longer than usual so more editors can have input. A relisted template is often added to a AfD if more responses are required. I'm not suggesting the decision to close the AfD was wrong, or that your decision to redirect the article is wrong either, but I'm saying your argument based on a "decision" is easily shot down should one decide to complain. Before you know it, you'll be back at AfD all over again, simply adding to any previous drama. Enough said. We're both right :) -- Longhair\talk 01:54, 12 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Vandalism accusation

I respectfully suggest you check facts and look at a map before making a vandalism accusation - you seem to belive only Ontario dips below the 49th parallel and that simply us not true, more to the point the CFL's eastern franchises are far south of the 49th... the statement I tried to revise I did so because it was misleading, but on further thought it actually doesn't belong there at all so instead of offering clarification I've removed the latter part of the paragraph. The stated existence of a "demarcation line of 12 full degrees of latitude (1333 km) between the CFL's base and its American counterparts" is outright inaccurate.Rupertslander (talk) 23:14, 26 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Bethiphop logo.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Bethiphop logo.jpg.

Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:19, 27 October 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

LAW AND ORDER TRIAL BY JURY IS COMING BACK!

I got that information from a friend of mine (Eric) who works at NBC and they say it will go to USA Network in October 2009 now PLEASE PUT THAT INFORMATION BACK! (I will get Eric in touch with you if I have to, is that what you want?) JUST SAY!

Trial by Jury IS BACK!

I don't care I have five or six different sources, two resources. 6 websites (so far) and 2 people (BOTH WORK AT NBC IN NYC)

Do you wish to speak to one of them, yes or no?

Trial by Jury is coming back and the first episode of season two is "Welcome Wagon"! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mgfan222 (talkcontribs) 23:08, 4 November 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Please provide independent, verifiable sources (as noted by WP:V) for the claims, otherwise, the posting of your information on the Trial By Jury page would likely be construed as vandalism. --Mhking (talk) 18:28, 5 November 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Trial by Jury Source

I found a source but this is not THE source. Unfortuanly there's another site (probably more than one possibly 10, I have seen this in search engines)

http://www.freewebs.com/trialbyjury/usanetworkrevival.htm

This is one of them! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mgfan222 (talkcontribs) 03:46, 6 November 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Re: Mannheim Steamroller

Hello, Mhking. You have new messages at Darth Panda's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the ((Talkback)) or ((Tb)) template.
Could you remove the templated warning off of Darth Panda's Page since it was a mistake. Thanks --Sidonuke (talk :: contribs) 18:48, 28 November 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]
A strikethrough would have sufficed, but thank you. Sorry for all of the trouble! DARTH PANDAduel 21:25, 28 November 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Weather Plus

I apologize for removing that then, the article was vague in whether or not the subchannel still existed. I assumed that the Weather Plus branding was used solely within WXIA newscasts on 11.1. I apologize for that error. I wasn't signed in at the time. This is my real talk page: dleav. 98.163.232.109 (talk) 16:34, 18 December 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Glostream

What do you think about a speedy delete of glostream. Still seems likes a non-notable advert. And what about Synamed? Teges? Careful Cowboy (talk) 16:19, 25 December 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I am the writer who posted the gloStream content. It is neurtal in tone and provides background on the company. I don't see how it is blatant advertising, or any differnet than the Microsoft entry or any other company for that matter. In particular, I followed the form from Medinotes, another EMR company, which has been kept up on Wikipedia. As I said up top, I really thought Wikipedia was supposed to be inclusive, but it sures seems exclusive to me. I would be more than happy to take down the offending content if I could be told what it is. Simply deleting the entire thing, seems a bit unfair. trk955 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Trk955 (talkcontribs) 03:14, 26 December 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Lazy Susan help

I copied and pasted from a website, but now the text does not show up on the last paragraph. Do you think you could fix this for me and tell me how prevent it from happening again? (You will have to go to edit to see the "invisible" text). --Marshall T. Williams (talk) 02:25, 28 December 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Contra

1I do not believe this is true, because from what I can remember, you can copy something word for word - it just has to be cited, which can be done 2here. And it does have to do with the article. It explains a theory on where the name "Lazy Susan" came from (!). Unless it's only on 3Wikimedia sites that you can't copy word for word and cite it, then let me know. ...Forget about copying it word to word - it'll sound like the 4author(s) of the article will have a voice of their if I do that, so I'll just reword it instead. But still - please answer the question on lines 2/3. --Marshall T. Williams (talk) 01:15, 29 December 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Rock Harbor Church

The current history section is completely different than the website article - check it out before deleting my legitimate work. I'm a Wiki veteran, so I know what's appropriate. I can bring in an administrator if you want, but don't delete my contributions again. Manutdglory (talk) 03:59, 6 January 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

FYI

Hi! I saw that you tagged the page Softns for speedy deletion because it was not written in English. Just to let you know, that's not actually a valid reason for speedy deletion. If you come across a page that is in a language you don't understand, you can add it to Wikipedia:Pages needing translation, and someone will take a look at it to figure it out. (I'm going to delete that particular page anyway, because it is about a company that looks non-notable.) Regards, FreplySpang 03:04, 18 January 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

List of DirecTV channels

Hey, I've become more active in the development of List of DirecTV channels again. I guess that's something that comes and goes. Ah, I remember working on the article list way back in 2006!

In any case, the article is in need of cleanup, and I'm trying to do such. I find that the entire thing is massive (Captain Obvious statement!) and is hard to work with. The Table of Contents is atrocious in size because of how long the section titles are. Technical aspects are rather technical, though I've cleaned that up some.

I'm looking for your two cents and anything else you can offer. I'd like to get this up to featured list finally!

Cheers! --Son (talk) 07:41, 25 January 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

AfD of Pillow Fight League

Just wanted to drop a quick note and suggest that you review the current status of the Pillow Fight League. I might have nominated it for deletion myself, if I'd seen it on NewPages and hadn't seen the press sources, but I think I'd want to drop my nom by now if I had. Note that a number of sources have been added since the nomination, including two indicating the sale of television rights to the producers of Survivor and Tommy Lee Goes to College. Might not be particularly high-falutin' stuff, but it does make a strong case for notability. Happy editing, MrZaiustalk 01:39, 11 February 2009 (UTC) PS: Looking over it after having slept, the above doesn't make it clear that I wrote it. I certainly am biased, although I do believe that I'm correct.Reply[reply]

Original Research, I would rather have my article edited than just deleted( It would help my research)

I am not done with my page. I haven't very much time to type but am in the process of creating an article. As far as original research the research isn't orginal, its documented there is more. I would rather have my I want to know when the original research violation was made, because the orginal purpose for the site was for people to submit there current research with the background of sited sources to support there research, anyone can copy out of a ecyclopedia or book, the violation itself makes no sense, all research posted here is orignal or it fail to be research

And out of all of the pages that are questionable why do you care about this one?

Gross Inaccuracy

And if you want to talk about inaccuracy look at the page on wikipedia itself, there is no mention about the university of Arkansas or the orginal creators of the iniative to create wikipedia

Please let me finish my page and my research.

Re Johnny Premier page which I created and you apparently deleted, I do not understand the basis of the deletion.

You state that an external link which we added as a reference to an interview that wordpress.com conducted with Mr Premier was an improper link.

I do not understand what was improper about the wordpress link, but that notwithstanding, why did the entire page I createdBold text for Johnny Premier get deleted?

Please see comments on newsworthiness, etc on talk page for Johnny Premier upon it being initially "marked for deletion."

Please tell me what non-germane means. Seriously, I've never heard that word in my entire life but you love to use it. Did you make it up? Is it in any dictionary?TomCat4680 (talk) 02:50, 26 February 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

John C. Corlette

I redirected the John C. Corlette article you nominated as a speedy to the Aiglon College article. (It took a bit of searching to find that connection :)) I can't see any real notabilty beyond his founding of that college, although if someone comes up, then the redirect can be undone. Edupoll

Hey Mhking. I changed the SD tag on Edupoll to a copyright violation tag. The text is taken verbatim from the company's website. I don't usually change SD tags but I felt that the case was much stronger with regards to CR. I hope I don't offend you and feel free to change it back if you wish, I won't be offended. Thanks for watching out for Wiki. OlYellerTalktome 23:59, 28 February 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
