Your incident topic got archived without anyone replying to what you had addressed, I have since brought it back from the graveyard so hopefully someone else can take a look about what we are talking about. MrMacMan Talk 20:26, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
Well as you have noticed Gon4z is back, but I've started to call him on the changes he keeps making. If you read over Template talk:Infobox National Military Albania you can see what I'm taking about -- if he is going to revert stuff back I want to know why and what sources he is using to backup the changes. I've also asked him User_talk:Gon4z#Military_of_Albania about his changes to that article. I feel that this back and forth reversion isn't getting us to some final consensus. I feel that putting the facts and sources out there on record and calling him on the edits he is making is the only way to show that we are using more up to date information and from more reliable sources too. I mean if this really needs to go to some further body (arbitration, etc) we should have our case for our sources laid out. The print sources, while much more reliable and much more up to date are very hard to check because they are not online and require subscriptions to access. I mean he somehow tried to justify his edit that the military budget was '$849 million' from website that talks about Ponzi schemes... but that's not even the problem -- the number he took from the website was referring to the budget of the Philippines! I mean half of the page talks about albania, the other half about the Philippines... and even then the number was from 2003 and from an AP article I can't even find online anywhere else. I feel that we should ask questions and how rational for making the reverts and when he realizes that we are using actual publications that do this professionally and he is using websites that are significantly older, he has to understand. MrMacMan Talk 09:47, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
So... there's a 16 Alpini Regiment and a 18 Alpini Regiment -- so there was no 17th regiment? hehe. Just wondering. BTW, your contributions are really amazing. Great work. MrMacMan Talk 02:56, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
Hi! You are asking for help in translating and help in structures Polish Land Forces. Hi. I'm sorry about this mistake. Reason of this deletion: the "ek" (like "db" in en. wikipedia) template was put on those pages by Joymaster, something like "{db|already answered, in progress}". And this user doesn't give any reason before to don't trust him, has more than 30k edits and is an expert in military. Anyway, I'll restore those discussion pages. I guess that what Lajsikonik really had in mind was that I was capable of preparing graphics - I am no expert in army matters. However, I forwarded your request to a flesh-and-bone specialist, who should contant you shortly. Regards. Szczepan talk 15:40, 15 maja 2007 (CEST)
Hi, I wanted to note, that on the graphs there are actually some parts of German army missing. For example, in the article about German army there is Mechanized Brigade 30 of the 10th Armoured Division listed. It is not in the graphs though. And some other units are also missing, therefore German army seems surprisingly small on the graphs, while actually its largest in Europe (excluding Turkey and Russia). Please, correct it. And thank you for you graphs, I really appreciate them! Pirveli 19:11, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
Noclador, I'm not really sure about the icons size. Should they be 25(main units) and 20(regiments) px or 20 and 15px. The 15px simply looks too small. I'd like to hear your opinion on this. Cheers, --Eurocopter tigre 19:18, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

Gruß 80.171.89.203 18:20, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
Ciao MassimoPalmieri 19:58, 18 May 2007 (UTC) (Massimop di Commons)

Hi! I'd like to thank you and I will let you know if he goes on doing it. May I ask you something? When an article is vandalizing and you revert it three times in 24 hours, are you gonna be blocked? If yes, what's the best you can do? Leave it vandalized? Thank you! - Sthenel 07:29, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
Very good work! I read it and I think that you mentioned almost everything so I don't have to add anything else. Unless your request is accepted, then I too could write something about him. - Sthenel 09:38, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Thank you Noclador for your message. Yes I have noticed Gonz4's relentless drive to change articles without providing a shred of proof to support it, lol to be honest I got sick of undoing much of his work... I adopted the "give the baby what it wants.." outlook. Never the less any insults he has made to me have not damaged me emotionally, I found ignoring him very effective. If indeed he continues his work of fabricating articles and personal attacks on any member of Wikipedia, you have my full support to contact the administrator and allow them to deal with Gonz4. Once again thank you and I hope to hear from you again. :) Regards: User:Bluewings17:54,31 May 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, he's been writing a lot of unsourced stuff. In the Serbian Air Force article he writes a lot of biased and false things, and whenever I try to rewrite facts with actual sources, or even just spelling corrections (he doesn't type with very good english) he would always revert it. It's good that you noticed his troubles. Thanks. I'll read the report you made more after this Zastavafan76 21:45, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
Thank you Noclador for sending me the report you have made concerning Gonz4, Yes Zastavafan76 basically told you everything I needed to say as well..... geez Gonz4 wouldn't even let me delete a broken link with the very same working one right under it... He clearly has a problem and I don't think he is fit to continue his "contributions" here until he realizes how Wikipedia works. my best regards: Bluewings 6:41, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
WOW. I really learned something bout this guy. Added on to your report for the admins. Zastavafan76 01:11, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
Dear Noclador as you have kindly asked, I have sent Admin the following message "I have also noticed Gonz4's inappropriate actions here on Wikipedia, he does not source his claims and worse speaks of heavily biased subjects on very sensitive matters which cause offense to others. It is clear that Gonz4 is not mature enough to follow the rules of Wikipedia. I leave you to ponder and deal with this matter as best as you see fit I trust your judgment will be more than fair. Another question; where does the COMALP has its HQs?? Eurocopter tigre 13:00, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
Just a question: are you interested in making a graphic for the Russian Ground Forces? --Eurocopter tigre 11:57, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
Well, you'll find some info in the Russian Ground Forces main article, and in the military districts articles. Also, Buckshot06 is a truelly expert on the subject, but, unfortunately, he is away studying in France and all his notes are left home. Have a look at the main article and military districts articles and see if those infos are enough. Best, --Eurocopter tigre 19:15, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
Good, there are also info available for the 201st Motor Rifle Division, 19th Motor Rifle Division, 5th Guards Tank Division, 42nd Motor Rifle Division and 74th Motorized Brigade (Russia). Best, Eurocopter tigre 09:31, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Well, first of all, I'd like to commend you on the great job doing all these charts. Are you doing them manually or have you made some software you help you?
I have seen that you left the reserve militia battalions out of the chart. Was that done on purpose? In this case, the Bat. de Sappeurs Chars 2 of the 2nd Brigade should be removed, as it's a reserve unit nowadays.
I've also noticed you left out two active militia battalions of the 2nd Infantry Brigade: the Inf Bat 13 and Inf Bat 19. Don't forget to add them, as the 2nd Brigade is not THAT toothless. ;) Russoswiss 00:05, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
First of all, I have to say it's quite a accurate graphic, although there are some minor inaccuracies. The swiss orbat is so complicated because training and combat organization is often mixed.
On a little bit of an unrelated note to my above spam, I noticed that you wanted to also make an orbat of the Montenegrin Army. Their defence ministry's homepage has all the orbats already, but in Serbian. I am not a native speaker of the language, but I can always translate these if you have nobody else around. *pokes WikiSerbs* Russoswiss 10:44, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
Ok, that's fair, thanks for the message. I started the page and I'd like it not to degenerate into an obnoxious edit war, but lets work together to make it better.--Thomas.macmillan 00:34, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
Of course they are not complete. The logistic and signal units are missing. Uh, we will have to work a lot on this! --Eurocopter tigre 12:13, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
The Pakistan Army page you refer to be copied is not correct.
Its that site which copied the wikipedia and not the other way around.
I know this because I am friends with the Admin of that site.

Hello, I have noticed your excellent work in creating graphics of the structure of Armies around the world. Could you please see if you can do something about the Hellenic Army? I think that it would be a n interesting addition to the article. Have a nice day! Kapnisma 05:04, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
Well, I've made some corrections regarding the structure. What I know for sure (from my own expirience) is that each Brigade consists of three fighting battalions plus some support and artillery ones. For example the 71st Airborn Brigate in Santa, Macedonia, in which I served, has three Airborn battalions (595,596,597 A/M ΤΠ), one Airborn Artillery Battalion (116 Μ Α/Μ ΠΒ), one Light Air Defence Battery (ΠΕ Α/Α ΠΒ), one Airborne Engineer Company (ΛΜΧ), one Support Battalion (TYΠ), one Signal Company (ΛΔΒ) and one HQ Company (ΛΔ).
Each Mechanized Infantry Brigate has one Armoured Battalion (EMA), two Mechanized Infantry Battalions (M/K TΠ), one Self Propelled Artillery Battalion (Μ Α/Κ ΠΒ), one Engineer Battalion, one Logistics Battalion, one HQ Company, one Air Defence Battery, and one Anti-Tank Company (ΛΑΤ), same goes for the Armoured Brigate, but it has two Armoured Battalions and one Mechanized Infantry Battalion. I will try to find more infos. Have a nice day.
Kapnisma 14:28, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for your quick response! I've learned the structure of 2 Armoured Brigates, the XXIII and XXIV, but I wouldn't like to bother you constantly, so if I gather the infos you asked I will contact you. Again, thank you for your concern and instand reply! Kapnisma 11:08, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
Done! XXIII TΘΤ, ΧΧV ΤΘΤ Kapnisma 12:05, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
The 3rd and 4th Armored Cavalry Battalions of the XII Mechanized Infantry Division and the 8th Armored Cavalry Battalion of the VIII Infantry Division are organised in three armored reconnaissance squadrons (8 M-113,6 M901 ITV, 2 M106, 8 M-60A3 each), one tank squadron (14 M-60A3) and one self propelled artillery battery (6 M-109) but I don't know their names Kapnisma 14:20, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

In Polish Air Force dywizjon is rather equivalent of RAFs squadron not wing. As for "Legiony" - Some other units are also "marked" with simillar name (usualy it is name of region):

Teritory of poland is divided into two military districts: Śląski Okręg Wojskowy (Silesian Military District) and Pomorski Okręg Wojskowy (Pommeranian Military District)
(I have to check others, but I supose that thay are too subordinated directly to Command of Land Forces)
As for 10th Logistic Brig. - I only found structure from 2002, in order that created this unit (structure probably changed, because Brigade is taking part in Polsih missions in Iraq and Afganistan). Basic structure is:
My first impression was that the user truly believed the rank existed, and someone would need to take the time to explain to him. However, as stated by Steel, he is a sockpuppet, and therefore all what I said is void. He has been blocked, the article semi protected, and his behaviour is being logged in Roitr's log pages. Hey Noclador, when filing a report, report the SOCK that you have encountered and not giving a list of his SOCKs that have already been discovered and blocked. Try this:
Example:
((vandal|Horemsa)) is a sock of banned user ((user|Roitr)), per [[Wikipedia:Long_term_abuse/Roitr]]. ~~~~
Result:

Well, according to the article, Telemark shall be withdrawn from Brigade North and become an independent battalion under Reform 2008 plan. But yes, the article does not really specify much about Brigade North and mostly concentrates on the history and doctrine, failing to provide the exact structural details of the army. At least it gives detailed structure of the air force.

Hi Noclador. You recently reported an anon user to WP:AIV. You gave the information "'was warned 3 times, than banned for 31 hours for vandalizing articles about Norway, the ban has now expired and he immediatley returned to the exact same behaviour [...]". However, you said "banned", when I think you meant to say "blocked". Blocking and banning are not the same thing, see blocking and banning policies for their differences. In future, I advise you not to get these two confused with each other, as blocking refers to actions done by an administrator, and banning by ArbCom or Jimbo. Banning sounds much more serious in an AIV report. Good work in reporting users, by the way :) Kind regards, Sebi [talk] 23:07, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

I believe that the star is misleading and confusing, especially for those unacquainted with the US Army. As you stated yourself, it's done out of personal and aesthetic reasons, which is nice, however; not accurate. I don't have the units for 1AD and 1ID, but they are available on the division websites. Individual battalion numbers can be acquired by way of the individual brigade sites.--SOCL 22:17, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
