Valupey Rural District (Persian: دهستان ولوپي)[3] is in the Central District of Savadkuh County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Laleh Band.[5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,538 in 1,097 households.[6] There were 4,535 inhabitants in 1,646 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,521 in 1,984 households. The largest of its 60 villages was Karmozd, with 1,011 people.[2]
