I agree that the India Herald article is significant RS. There may be foreign language sources also. I am going to ping two editors who comment regularly at India related AFDs who are proficient at searching in foreign languages for this region. On the issue of paid news in the Indian media, this is a well-known problem (and not exclusive to India). The difficulty is what conclusion one draws: either all sources are permanently regarded as unreliable or a case-by-case basis is necessary. I see no community consensus for designating all sources implicated as unreliable, as such the onus is on an editor to show why a particular article from a claimed suspect source should be regarded as a paid news product.
