Does not meet WP:GNG. Independent coverage is limited to a news story from late November about Xiao being harassed by internet trolls. While the story did get picked up by a few different networks, the amount of biographical information about Xiao across these reports is insufficient to justify the creation of an article. • Delete is what I'm leaning towards. At its current state, the article has no strong, secondary sources. The 'internet trolling/rape threats' references are linked to a dubious corporation with a history of fabricating reports. (I did some further google searching, & did not find a reputed/notable outlet covering the alleged trolling.)
