Comment As I understand it from the log at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=John+Nosta the page was deleted in 2015 but was then reinstated in 2016 by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:SwisterTwister, subsequently blocked as a Sockpuppet.
