Keep Microbeads are certainly of interest. There's still also some novelty to this construction (smaller beads, harder beads, elastic covering) compared to older beanbags. As I don't know of any uses for these beads outside these pillows, and as a key change from traditional beanbags is also their use of a Spandex-like outer covering material, then I'd favour keeping it here rather than renaming to Microbeads.
