Keep and rename. I believe that stadiums and athletic buildings for state-level colleges are inherently notable. They are always used by states for major events and if ones digs around a while you'll usually find something. For instance, this structure was used by the state of Wisconsin to host the 2010 state college volleyball championships [1]. I didn't search very long and I'm sure there are more uses and this article should be allowed to grow. I suggest a rename because this name doesn't make sense. The only other use for Williams Center is the unincorporated community Williams Center, Ohio so there is no disambiguation conflicts with moving it to Williams Center. Otherwise it could be Williams Center (Whitewater) if disambiguation is needed. If this becomes a non-admin closure, I can take care of deleting the redirect to allow the move that I'm suggesting. Merge into the university's article (UW-Whitewater). This is principally the center for student recreational and intramural sports. Thus it is an important element of the campus but not likely to be notable as an independent topic. The attached fieldhouse (where basketball games are played) seems to have a different name.
