The change in leagues invalidated all of Baltimore's MISL player contracts so a new roster (with some returning players) is being assembled. The statement that "if the people simply died and were not killed, then they are not victims of genocide by definition" made above reflects a profound misunderstanding of the means and methods of genocide. They were all killed in the Genocide. All three were the result of policy by the Ottoman Empire (not the present Turkey). The present Turkey should not need to see itslef as any more (or less) responsible for the events than the present Feeral Republic of Germany is for the Nazi holocaust against Jews, Gyspies, and Blacks.
