Nominator's rationale: Single-entry WP:SMALLCAT for a non-defining characteristic. The article filed here is about an event that tangentially happened to involve a former winner of a Brazilian lottery, but the event and the lottery are otherwise unrelated to each other, so the event certainly isn't defined by the participant's incidental status as a past lottery winner. Nominator's rationale: Single-entry WP:SMALLCATs for small municipalities in Brazil. As always, every town that exists does not automatically get one of these the moment one thing with an article has happened there -- there would have to be at least five or six articles to file in each of these before a category for any of them was warranted. For added bonus, the categories were created by an editor who's been on a royal rampage of bad overcategorization with a few dozen bad, misnamed, misconceived and/or duplicate categories created just in the past few days alone. Nominator's rationale: Underpopulated stub category. Unlike the Australian model stubs category below, this one was approved by WikiProject stub sorting back in 2008 -- however, while it purportedly had 60 articles at that time, it now only has 19, and neither Category:Model stubs nor Category:Canadian people stubs offer up anybody else who could be refiled here to repopulate it. Nominator's rationale: Underpopulated stub category with no evidence of approval by Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting. As always, stub categories are not free for just any random user to create on a whim: there have to be 60 articles to populate a stub category before it becomes warranted, below that a stub template should just sort pages into parent categories instead of being paired with their own dedicated categories, and because there's a minimum size requirement stub categories have to be approved for creation. But there are only 16 articles here even after a scan through Category:Model stubs for prodigal Australians, and there's no evidence that this was ever approved by the stub sorting project.       Don't think so for this one. Their own logo as per this just says "Maccabi Tamra". Their socials do not say "Ironi" in it either, just "Maccabi Tamra". The name of the article should be commonly used one, not the formal full legal name (unless some sort of disambiguation is needed, which it is not in this case).
