If the difference in depiction was described in the article, you might be able to justify the second image.   • @NukeofEarl and DrBat: Yes and no. I did not see that it was in use at Iron Fist (comics). I was nominating it for deletion through Daredevil (Marvel Comics character). The image is, I still believe, inappropriate for inclusion at Daredevil, as it seems that the sole text for that image is "Brubaker's first story arc had a new character masquerading as Daredevil in Hell's Kitchen. Murdock later discovered the ersatz Daredevil is his friend Danny Rand, the superhero Iron Fist.". That's pretty minor coverage in article with about 200 lines of text, and thus I don't think the image is critical to the understanding of the article on Daredevil. However, the image looks like it's appropriate at Iron Fist (comics). I'd be willing to withdraw the nomination if the image is removed from Daredevil and only kept in Iron Fist. That work for you? Keep Based on USPTO guidelines, this logo is not eligible for copyright protection under US law.
