I also contemplated creating a separate article for Dell Financial Services, but couldn't find any reliable sources which met both WP:SIGCOV and WP:CORPDEPTH. I guess I'll stick with my original proposal to delete, for now, without prejudice to re-creating it in the future when a future section arises.
