"Eu nacional" (in Portuguese) means, in word-by-word translation "I national", the sense is probably "National self". The few hit I got in searches are used in a generic sense: the conctruction of a national self in an article about Brazil history, or as "national self" as opposed to "foreign other" in an article about Austro-Hungary. The current target, Sebastianism, is considered by many^{ref needed :-)}to be part of the Portuguese national identity.

So "Eu nacional" is a generic (and rarely used) Portuguese expression, it is not a national idiomatic expression, and even if it were (as in Portuguese national "identity") "Sebastanism" is not its meaning. Nabla (talk) 16:01, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
