Jafarabad (Persian: جعفراباد, also Romanized as Ja‘farābād)[3] is a village in Azadegan Rural District of the Central District of Rafsanjan County, Kerman province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,751 in 436 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,807 people in 501 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,222 people in 662 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
