Sharifabad (Persian: شريف اباد, also Romanized as Sharīfābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Sharifabad Rural District of Koshkuiyeh District, Rafsanjan County, Kerman province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,272 in 554 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 3,072 people in 815 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,799 people in 783 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
