Krivosheinsky District (Russian: Кривоше́инский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the sixteen in Tomsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeastern central part of the oblast. The area of the district is 4,380 square kilometers (1,690 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Krivosheino.[1] Population: 13,285 (2010 Census);[3] 15,848 (2002 Census);[7] 19,332 (1989 Census).[8] The population of Krivosheino accounts for 41.2% of the district's total population.[3]
