Siyah Mansur Rural District (Persian: دهستان سياه منصور)[3] is in the Central District of Bijar County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Jafarabad.[5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,691 in 825 households.[6] There were 3,291 inhabitants in 889 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,759 in 893 households. The most populous of its 20 villages was Jafarabad, with 558 people.[2]
