Question: why are the USA highlighted in the map of military operators, although they are not listed below, in the table. Either they operate it, or not, I'm sorry have no time to figure this out now for myself. 145.99.170.201 18:32, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

There simply are no mountains near Bluefields, Nicaragua. This aircraft crashed because it got too low and hit a tree on approach to a flyby. They knew the field was closed due to atmospheric conditions and had been told to divert to Corn Island but decided to look for themselves. See El Nuevo Diario article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.102.203.45 (talk) 16:09, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
There is a crash missing. On 17th Dec. 2012 an AN-26 crashed near Lima after both engine failed due to icing. For details please see in 'The Aviation Herald': http://www.avherald.com/h?article=45ab2c8c/0000&opt=0 Zugerbueb (talk) 18:21, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
The site is roughly 40 km away from Tunis Airport, and not 60! Yes, Nianu (Near Grombalia) is 60 km far from Tunis Airport.. by road! not by air! The plane does not follow the roads, so, 40 km! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 197.1.183.129 (talk • contribs) 9:59, 28 February 2014

Have seen a Peruvian Military one, I think. Tried and failed to upload a picture 138.84.59.249 (talk) 01:00, 29 January 2024 (UTC)
I propose merging Utair Flight 9706 into an entry at Antonov An-26 § 2020s. This is because the incident appears low-key, emphasised by bad weather as the likely cause and no fatalities. I cannot find anything that stands out in the incident, in contrast to Alaska Airlines Flight 2059. --Minoa (talk) 13:31, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
