Composers known so far to have contributed to the OST are Russell Brower, Neal Acree, Jason Hayes, David Arkenstone, Derek Duke, Glenn Stafford, Jeremy Soule, Matt Uelmen and Edo Guidotti. User:Aethoz insists on adding the following as a new section ("Sound"): "This expansion will feature music of composer of original World of Warcraft soundtrack, Jason Hayes, who is now working on sound design and music for this expansion." The appended reference points to a forum comment dated 18 June 2012 which states only: "Hi guys, long time no talk I just wanted to let you know that I've just returned to Blizzard, and I'm thrilled about it! Thanks for all your support" A section about the soundtrack may be warranted - when suitably reliable sources are found - but as it stands this seems like a Jason Hayes-fanboi edit. No mention of the other composers, no mention of how much - or how little - Hayes is contributing to the entire work. I don't believe it should remain in its present form. Anybody disagree? Since this is cropping up again.... Jason Hayes working on the game is not notable, and no reliable sources have covered it. Please do not add it without a solid reliable source to indicates some sort of notability. Many people have worked on the soundtracks, and Hayes does not appear to be the lead composer so there is nothing notable here. -- ferret (talk) 12:45, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
The Plot and setting seems to be a bit of a dated and messy block of text that is an exact copy of wowwiki. Is it reasonable to remove the first portion and rewrite it? There is an actual overarching plot as well that could fill it's own section alone. Would this be inappropriate to be placed on the actual expansion page, as I've seen similar on other video game articles, but I find this a special case. While the storyline is interesting and noteworthy, it has 2 sides that converge into one storyline that would likely need another writer to do the horde side. — Preceding unsigned comment added by FlossumPossum (talk • contribs) 07:35, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
There were many, many negative reviews regarding the Draenor release. Why is there no mention of that on the page? Here are a few:
