This template is not for flagging items that an editor simply thinks might be incorrect or unsourced (this is what ((Citation needed)) is for). It is for tagging statements may not be appropriate for Wikipedia.
Do not add this template to a page more than a reasonable number of times. Please consider using one of the other templates mentioned below instead.
The |date=
should be included, although AnomieBOT will add it later if omitted.
The |reason=
parameter allows you to add a reason. This shows in the tooltip when the user hovers over the link in the template.
