Hi. Could you please read what the Wikipedia style guide has to say about the use of flags. Using flags on lists of TV programmes;

• Adds unnecessary emphasis to the nationality/nationalities without good reason. Often it is completely irrelevant.
• Confuses readers who may not recognise the nationality of the flags, or what they signify.
• Often excludes those with visual disabilities from the information.
