Thanks for your contributions. But ... the WP:FILMPLOT guidelines recommend a length of 400-700 words. Clarityfiend (talk) 07:56, 9 August 2014 (UTC)
May I ask why I was banned from editing the article for 8 years when I was neither argumentative, crude, or off-topic? I find the changes that were made to shorten my initial expansion of the stub were good improvements and did not dispute them. Yet I seem to have been preemptively precluded from any further edits to make small refinements that I have subsequently made. Ariadne000 (talk) 23:09, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for your contributions to The Door with Seven Locks (novel). Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it has no sources and poor structure and no categories. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. BoyTheKingCanDance (talk) 01:39, 17 May 2023 (UTC)

Hello. I wanted to let you know that your recent edit(s) to the Marnie (film) plot summary have been removed because they added a significant amount of unnecessary detail. Please avoid excessive detail and high word counts when editing plot summaries/synopses. You may read the plot summary edit guides to learn more about contributing constructively to plot summaries/synopses. There are also specific guidelines for films, musicals, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 22:15, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Charley's Aunt (1941 film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Expulsion. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:04, 3 January 2024 (UTC)
Hi, I’m @Spectrallights. This message is in regards to edits you made on I Love You to Death, particularly the section The Toto Case. Per MOS:NAMESANDTITLES, names of publications, like the Chicago Tribune, Orlando Sentinel, etc. should be italicized. Italics are not needed for quotes. The first paragraph contained direct links to the news articles, when the articles have already been cited. I fixed these so there are no duplicate references. If you think I made a mistake or have a question, leave me a message on my talk page. Spectrallights (talk) 06:34, 18 February 2024 (UTC)
Moved debate to the article's Talk section so we can all review without further back-and-forth edits. Even though your previous edit cited the 700-word limit, the plot's content/detail is what needs to be addressed. Look forward to reviewing these points on the Talk page. Thanks. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Compulsion (Levin novel), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Alibis.
