Hi, when you update the stats in football players' infoboxes please remember that you should also update the |pcupdate=
(or |club-update=
) parameter. This shows when the stats were last updated and prevents editors from accidentally updating the stats again. Thank you. --Jaellee (talk) 18:36, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for your reminder. You just have given me a very important advice. DerDFB (talk) 16:00, 17 August 2017 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to women's football/soccer articles. I thought I'd let you know about the Women's Football/Soccer Task Force (WP:WOSO), a collaborative effort to improve Wikipedia's coverage of women's football/soccer. If you would like to participate, join by visiting the Members page. Thanks! |
You're welcome. I am mainly focused on promoting women's football worldwide, especially in Germany, and making it relevant because women deserve to have equal status as men. DerDFB (talk) 16:02, 17 August 2017 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dayot Upamecano, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Red Bull Salzburg (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

I'm aware of WP:KARLSRUHER, but I'm also aware of being able to write natural English, and writing "VfB Stuttgart" every time you refer to the club is not natural. There may be other Stuttgart clubs, but VfB is the main one and they're often referred to just as "Stuttgart" by the English language media. – PeeJay 16:01, 9 January 2018 (UTC)
Hi DerDFB, I hope you are doing well. Thank you very much for updating the Schalka player's statistics in the infobox section of their respective articles. However if you could please also update the corresponding "career statistics" section which can be found in the lower section of most of these articles, that would be appreciated also, as it can help avoid the awkward situation of the infobox and career statistic box having a different number of match statistics. Thank you and happy editing! Inter&anthro (talk) 17:52, 25 February 2018 (UTC)
Hey DerDFB, I saw you're a member of WP:FINANCE and I was wondering if you had some time to review a new draft I'm proposing for the FASB. It's a long article, and I know it's a lot to look over, but I'm hoping to get as much feedback on it as possible given its large scope. It's mostly focused on reorganizing the article and clearly outlining both the history of the organization alongside the accounting standards that it's proposed in the past. If you could take a look at it, even just a small part, I'd really appreciate it.--FacultiesIntact (talk) 18:12, 16 April 2018 (UTC)

Hello WOSO editors! A few initiatives have been started with an emphasis on making more WOSO links blue (similar to the work that WikiProject Women in Red does) and filling in the gaps within various league, team, and player, etc. articles. If you're interested in collaborating with others to make more links blue, take a look at the initiatives listed in the box below. Sign up at the bottom of an initiative page and help grow the lists, add potential references, resources, and create the articles ... or create your own initiative.
WP:GNG takes precedence over WP:NFOOTY (which only includes the players in 1 active women's league)? Often times there is enough media coverage that meets WP:GNG or other notability guidelines. For more information, see WP:WOSO#Notability and be sure to tag the new article talk page with: ((WP Women's sport|footy=yes))

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited SG Sonnenhof Großaspach, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mike Owusu (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hey, I saw that user 86.147.92.144 gave you trouble on André Schürrle as well. I don't know how to report people for excessive reverting, but he/she has been at this for well over an hour now. He/she continues to revert correct information. Do you know how to put a stop this annoyance? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anwegmann (talk • contribs) 22:00, 25 July 2018 (UTC)
Hello, thanks for your contributions to squad navigational templates. However, I've noticed quite a few typos/mistakes added recently. For example Hertha (Maier's link not piped), Nürnberg (link to disambiguation page), Hoffenheim (bad formatting), along with Jena (Tietz's name misspelled), Darmstadt (Sattelmaier's name misspelled), Aalen (Fennell's name misspelled), and Würzburg (Gnaase's name misspelled). Please be a bit more careful (maybe check the edits), there should be no redlinked players. Cheers! S.A. Julio (talk) 20:48, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
Hey DerDFB, I noticed on recent changes that you added a detail to Reiss Nelson, in which you changed the shortening of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim from Hoffenheim to 1899 Hoffenheim. There's nothing in the Manual of Style about shortened football club names, but I think unless there's another strong club with the almost the same name, or the club's name isn't the city's name, shortening it to only the name of the city is better. You seem to be a German football expert so I didn't change it. It's a small detail, but small details make articles much better. What do you think? Contraption5000 (talk) 15:01, 31 August 2018 (UTC)
Hi DerDFB, regarding your edited, the bio of Jonas Hofmann was already outdated. I got source from this article and editing his bio. His wiki page is also using references from this page (you can see [22]). Please check it out. Cheers! User:Anhp7 (talk) 21:22, 29 October 2018 (UTC).
Update: Hey man I don't understand that. Why you try to revert the outdated info on Jonas Hofmann page(career statistic). I'm seriously updated by valid reference sources which was used by his wiki page. Have you watched him play before? His main role is central midfielder now, not winger. Regards

When I look at the file on Wikimedia (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:20190428_DFL_1._Bundesliga_FCN_-_FCB_850_0557.jpg) it says that the file is licensed freely. The article Bryane Heaberlin has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
fails WP:NFOOTY
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated))
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing ((proposed deletion/dated))
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Mightytotems (talk) 11:12, 19 March 2020 (UTC)

I have noticed that every time you update the stats of Josh Sargent and John Brooks (soccer, born 1993), you update only the infobox stats and not the stat chart at the bottom. Likewise, you use DMY date format when both pages say "Use MDY dates" at the top. I appreciate your work updating stats, but updating stats incompletely and using the wrong date format simply makes life harder on those of us who have to go back each time and fill in the gaps you have left and correct the dates. Please, in the future, update the stats completely—meaning both the infobox at the top and the stat chart at the bottom—and use proper date format. Anwegmann (talk) 03:05, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
Hi DerDFB - just a friendly note, not the standard warning template - you have been signing your name in multiple articles: Florian Flick, Reinhold Ranftl, Thomas Ouwejan, Dominick Drexler, Victor Pálsson and Ko Itakura - Just a reminder - it is five tildes for a datestamp - and if you had been checking your edits, as you should do, you would have noticed this - best wishes - Arjayay (talk) 09:43, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
