Hi There, I'm reaching out to you because the article which you already posted as meeting notability which you were kind enough to site on the article's talk page:
Hi, I'm Devopam. Art javier, thanks for creating Nikki Phoenix!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Article has potential and passess WP:PORNBIO. Need recommended improvements in order to make it a good read.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. Devopam (talk) 13:31, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
I was hoping you would please also comment on the deletion page so that we are very clear about the repeated deletions by this editor and now his attempt to delete a page that has already been cited as having met Notability.
Thank you so much in advance for your support and for having helped with the article as well :)
Here is the link for the deletion page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Nikki_Phoenix_(2nd_nomination)

Hi there! Thank you so much for your vote of support, I'm sorry the article has been gutted by the same person who then nominated it for deletion. If you have anyone else that you suggest I reach out to in an effort to make them aware of whats going on and to ask them for support please let me know, and if there is anything you ever need my support for you have it just reach out anytime. Hi There! Thanks for all the feed back, I will start removing stuff that I think may be unverifiable or too wordy, but can you give me some input on things to remove? That way I will be headed in the right direction :) I'd also love for you to remove some stuff if you like as well. Thanks! Please check out my edits as I have started cutting down the article dramatically. I would like to remove the header you placed but want to wait til I get your thumbs up on my edits :) Art_javier —Preceding undated comment added 16:12, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
Hi There, I need your help, this page is being vandalized and editwarred. I have no interest in becoming involved in this with this editor Wolfowitz. I have already left a polite message on his page, and now this page, which you have already documented as passing notability is being tagged as being subject to deletion.
Can you please help. This is exactly why I gave up on Wikipedia a few years ago.

Hello, He has enough matches played for CSM Politehnica Iasi in Liga I, which is a professional championship, so the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia. Rhinen
Hello Devopam. Speedy deletion work is important and I do appreciate the effort. I would just ask that you please review the criteria carefully because accuracy is also important. On that issue, I have declined your speedy deletion nomination of Petter Augustsson as an article that does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the topic under CSD A7. That criterion did not apply because playing for a notable team is a credible indication of "importance or significance". Remember that CSD A7 is a lower standard than what is required to demonstrate notability – it does not, for example, require that the article's text already contain citations to reliable sources that would be necessary to prove notability, but only that it contain a claim that, were it true, might reasonably make the subject a valid encyclopaedia topic (if proper sourcing could later be found). Hello Devopam. I thank you for reviewing Draft: Yana Zhdanova and for your comments. You propose to me to avoid over dependence on Femen, and you stress on the fact that the Draft's tone is not neutral. The characteristic of a Femen member is that she protests in a collective way, and therefore it is impossible not to mention the Femen group and its principles; which I do ONLY in the beginning of the Draft. Yana Zhdanova is the only member of the Ukrainian nucleus of the organization (Oksana Shachko, Alexandra Shevchenko, Anna Hutsol, Yana Zhdanova, Inna Shevchenko) who has not a Wikipedia article, although her activism is longer, with more solo protests than the others! The reviewer User: Fuhghettaboutit kindly and patiently rephrased for me the lede sentence of the Draft, the Early life chapter, and half of the Activism chapter to show me how to edit. I continued for the rest of the Draft by deleting some of Zhdanova's protests to make the article shorter (see in the Revision history on 21 December), and by using twice in the text the expression "controversial topless protests". I am really for a neutral tone, and this is why there are no expressions that are flattering, disparaging, vague, clichés or endorsing of a particular point of view. When a Femen's statement is quoted, I use "said, stated, called, declared, according to", as indicated in WP:WEASEL. The sources are independent and reliable such as The BBC, The New York Times, The Guardian, Time Magazine, Le Monde, New York Magazine, Newsweek, Le Nouvel Observateur, The Huffington Post, The Telegraph, Libération. Therefore, I would be grateful to you if you could tell me precisely the words, expressions and sentences which are not neutral in this Draft. I will sincerely appreciate it! Thanks again. I am no longer active on Wikipedia after one of the articles I created was deleted in a manner I found unacceptable (here). I don't like edit wars/arbcoms, but I don't take to getting bogged down by heavyweights either just because someone thinks they can. I like the work done here and often visit articles for enriching my knowledge but that is the extent it is going to be. I sometimes fix minor breaks in articles that I feel are neutral in nature and won't offend any admin when content based errors are fixed. I feel good for the time spent here working on articles Best regards Devopam (talk) 12:57, 23 May 2016 (UTC)

Hi Devopam, I'm sorry if I took long to reply to your e-mail. Most articles at AFC get declined due to promotional content in those article. You have to be extra careful when praising a company. For example if your article contains words like this you should take extra steps to verify the content by providing reliable sources. And I noticed that your article has so many links that leads to company's website. Due to this most Wikipedia editors might assume that you are trying to promote company's website. Do not add too many external links to the website of article's subject (WP:ELNO). And you have added no. of products in the list form. Wikipedia does not accept indiscriminate information. By NPOV Wikipedia editors mean you should speak both positive and negative aspects of the subject. If you are part of the company article's about, see conflicts of interest for more information.

You have provided independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines, which is good, so it's a matter of sorting why it comes across as promotional tone.

Hi, Good work on Saptasajya. Is there any reason why it's at Saptasajya Village rather than Saptasajya? Note that eOdisha, orissa-tourism, etc. are not really considered reliable sources and should be avoided if possible. There appear to be a number of hits on Google Books which might be a more reliable source of information. Please also take care to not turn this encyclopaedic article into a tourist brochure. That's what sites like Wikivoyage are for. Cheers. --Cpt.a.haddock (talk) 15:01, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
I'm not really interested in an IT company's article. But FWIW, if I did see the article in its present form, I would tag it as Advertising, Overly Detailed, etc. Note that if these guys are your employers, be sure to read up on WP:COI. Good luck. --Cpt.a.haddock (talk)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. I am just a regular editor and nothing official like an administrator or Wikimedia contractor...I am an editor probably a lot like yourself. One important thing for me is to express thanks to other editors in a personal message to their talk page. This is not a template. I am just leaving this note for you to express my appreciation for your recent participation in voting for Arbatration Committee Members. Your vote is a great thing and with as many people participating as possible there is an excellent chance that we will have good representation on this committee. The Very Best of Regards,
I created this article because IMHO it was an interesting piece of history relating to software patents as well as mobile software. Hi Devopam, Ong Seok Kim is a leading Malaysian Chinese figure and a lot of stuff about him are documented in the Malaysian and Singapore Chinese media and school magazines. As an example, there are over 400 news items of him in just one Chinese press alone (Nanyang Siang Pau) between 1923 and 1964 as documented in an e-book, Ong Seok Kim - News in Media, 1923-1964, which was published in 2015 (see ongseokkim.com). Also recently (late 2014 and early 2015), 6 Chinese press in Malaysia published detailed feature articles of Ong Seok Kim to coincide with the publication (in late 2014) of a Chinese Biography of him (see ongseokkim.com "Media Reports"). Having regard to this, the vast differences in the documentation of Ong Seok Kim in English and Chinese language, how do I adequately referenced his achievements and contributions to the Malaysian and Chinese societies in this English Wikipedia article? Is it acceptable that the sources/references be in Chinese? I appreciate your advice before going forward to address your concern. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 211.30.209.196 (talk) 11:48, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
Why the fascination with books?
Books are not a valid guide to notability in Cyber Security. Cyber Security changes on a daily to weekly scale. Most people in the field understand that by the time a book is written edited and published it is useless in this field. As such there are very few useful or even meaningful books about this topic. Of the maryid of books that are published purporting to be about cyber security and pen testing, most are churned out by contract authors with very little real experience in the field. These "dead-tree, door stops" generally cover techniques that were obsolete before the author heard of them. In cyber security most new developments are published online and discussed at conferences. Things mentions in books about cyber security are likely to be so out of date as to be irrelevant and thus NOT NOTABLE.
The most notable people and entities in this field, present at conferences and actually solve problems rather than writing books about it. It also means that they rarely make it into mainstream new even if they are working on multi-million dollar projects that directly affect the fates of fortune 50 business and nations. A company nominated internationally as one of the most innovative and as at 455 of the global top 500 http://www.crn.com.au/News/401442,cybersecurity-500.aspx entity is "not notable" guidelines that specifically state inclusion in such a list if itself is notable is notable. This entity and the people involved in it are key not speakers at conferences all over the country a fact established in the more that 50 references. CDL is certainly more notable than Paragon Innovations which does have a stand alone wikipedia article. I have been running into these guys for years all over the country at events. It never occurred to me that there was not a listing about them. It seems that every independent film maker who shows something a a film festival is "notable". Should I reduce the number of reverence and exclude primary sources so reviewers have time to follow only the most "notable" references?
Wikipedian norms slavishly followed would turn this place into a dumping ground for hollywood gossip as that is what gets the most notice on mainstream news sites. Any topic that gets properly sourced and mainstream notice is notable. Some areas of endevor are more likely to be talked about in the mainstream than others. A pop-devia, caught shoplifting will be covered universally for weeks, a scientist working to cure cancer gets one note on page 48. Which should get a wikipedia article? This is the entire reason Larry added the : "If a rule prevents you from improving or maintaining Wikipedia, ignore it. IAR." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Ignore_all_rules .
If you don't know which "Larry" I mean, look back to the beginnings of wikipedia and try not to be the deletions he warned about. DrSchlagger (talk) 22:48, 24 January 2016 (UTC)
Hi Devopam, Thanks for your encouragement. I was a bit unsettled yesterday when I read your reason of refusal of the article as I feel that Wikipedia reviewers are inconsistent in that Onel5969 hasn't raised the issue of "reliable sources" after sighting the article a few occasions before the resubmission. Onel5969 also raised the issue of Peacock terms and I combed through the article twice and thought I have picked up all these terms and Onel5969 thought so as well as he sighted the article after I addressed the issue. I doubt there will be more than a very small handful of peacock terms left. It would be helpful if you could advise me where the remain peacock terms are so that I can zero in and address them rather than 2nd guessing what you have found. Thank you for your guidance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 211.30.209.196 (talk) 20:30, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
hello-i hope this note finds you well. i am extremely confused as to why this submission continues to be rejected. this article was absolutely written from a neutral point of view and independent and published sources were provided repeatedly. i listed multiple references and even researched other architecture firms on wikipedia to see what they were able to include and followed their lead. many of them have independent quotes about their work included as well as a description of their work and firm. all projects and awards listed are significant and have articles to back that up. please let me know specifically what the problem is and i am happy to make the changes. many thanks! Hi Devopam, I have addressed your concern regarding "reliable sources" and "citations". I have cleaned you the citations and references so that they are in accord with Wikipedia guidelines. On top of that, I have added a dozen or so more citations to strengthen the sources. I am going through the text again to pick up any "peacock" terms still remaining but I appreciate your help to point out where they are so that I won't be 2nd guessing your concern. Hey, I was just wondering about the proposed article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Beyond_Skyrim If it was filled out a bit more, had more content, perhaps an image or two, would it be suitable for Wikipedia? I'd also like to note that a similar (also unreleased) project also has a page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skywind), as well as another mod for the game's predecessor (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nehrim:_At_Fate%27s_Edge), and I don't feel that it would fit properly on the main page.
I'd appreciate any advice you could give to help improve the page, and make it worthy of Wikipedia. Thanks very much, sorry if this is the wrong place, I'm not too familar with wikipedia.
Márta Gulyás is a renowned living pianist, has performed in most world capitals, has received numerous awards including a recent public recognition by the Spanish queen, is a highly esteemed university professor in Budapest and Madrid and at international masterclasses worldwide, has helped numerous musicians build successful careers, has performed on over fifteen CDs and several radio stations, and is juror on international competitions. WHAT ELSE DOES IT TAKE for her to be considered noteworthy by Wikipedia?
Thank you very much for kindly helping me with this article!

Thanks a lot for working on my very first Wikipedia article Draft:Stefan Günther Tweraser. I saw the note and the comment made last. I'm a bit unsure if you wanted me to edit out the German sources now, or if you wanted me to wait? I am happy to (try) and follow directions. Everyone has been helpful, and boy do I need it. Thank you again.
What do you mean, by saying<< Comment: Please add one reference article>>?
Why shall this article not worthy of being part of the encyclopedia ? This club is the house of a very rare collection of early maritime photographs and historical documents. It is believed its holds the only available samples of marine daguerreotypes in the world ! This is the second largest classic wooden yacht fleet in the Caribbean....This club also takes roots to 1899.... is all this not worthy to make it an institution to be included in Wikipedia ? I appreciate you might not be interested in yachting but for those who do have an interest on this topic, this appears to be relevant.
I would be most grateful if you could let me know what sort of information I shall add to make it even more interesting. I look very much forward to reading from you. Thanks

Only for this article. Not another one.If I added at least two references (article) will you appear my draft in Wikipedia?
My Dear Devopam,
How are you today? I do not know if you acknowledged my recent same article indicated in the subject referenced. It was posted in your talk page, precisely on the January 20th, 2016.
I highighted & modified the areas you wanted me done, primarily the spelling errors (TYPO's) with a great deal of humility, deep apprehension & trepidation.
Other volunteer wiki editor, such as "wiki-sulfurboy", upon providing editing in the same subject article via in the month of july 21st, & 23rd, 2015 notably indicated few comments in both draft submission, citings, with comments of the "article lacking "citations/footnotes" which were immediately corrected to avoid another or more rejections/flaggings.
As per the article "neutrality assuming good faith" & avoid personal attacks & conflict of interest were observed & modified in the article wiki's 100 percent compliance standard expectations; the writings were well observed & fixed respectively; the comments on "references" not in accordance with standard wikipedia.org/encyclopedia, admissibility for acceptance due to the issues of "TYPO's", with good proof-reading was appropriately observed too, during my reviews & modifications & meticulous intervention, which was made to abrogate, & correct other anomalies identidied as comments by all of the wiki's-editorial four (4) volunteers comments was adequately fixed.
I'm pleased to have you & other volunteer wiki-editors, who are well experienced in this article editorials; as i'm still learning the wiki other ares of "book publishing". Albeit this is out of our frame of reference discusion/talk page.
I've also fixed at the upper-right hand side of the article template spellings in the "Aurthor" to correction as Author; another pertinent TYPO issues, i personally identified was my "MIDDLE name "KENECHUKWU" used as my SPOUSE name, purportedly; "IFEOMA" her correct spelled name.
I was never the one who created the template, for i would have known better to originally correct it, upon the initial submission of the draft.
Thank you & looking forward for your feedback at your desired convenience time.

I could not understand the motive behind creating another draft page when one is under review. More so, when it has been blanked out already. I have marked it for deletion as per norms. For the other draft, I see that it was resubmitted without making a single change. While I don't discourage you to write a self-biography on Wikipedia, you should spend some time to learn the process, the essence of an article including bio, and see messages that have been left over time by multiple editors. You pay heed to it and it should sail through. May I encourage you to create a wikipedia named account for yourself as a first step ? Devopam (talk) 05:34, 25 January 2016 (UTC)
Dear Devopam Thank you for your comments to my proposed article for Gill Fielding. You have told me that you feel it reads like an advertisement but I don't understand how you can come to that conclusion. Please could you point out an example or two? In case you don't know, I have alrady added sources in the drafts articles Draft:2nd Saturn Awards, Draft:3rd Saturn Awards Draft:4th Saturn Awards and Draft:5th Saturn Awards. In Saturn Awards of 1977 nothing important happened, so that is why I haven't added anything. Now, about the 2nd,3rd and 5th Saturn Awards.Whatever source I could find I did find. So why don't you believe me?
Regarding Draft:Jurgen Brauer.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
I am completely new to writing for Wikipedia; in fact, this is my first try.
Your suggestions: 1. You can move Books and Research Papers (entire list) into a 'List' and refer here in this article. My question: A previous editor (LaMona) set up the Research papers segment. For the books section, LaMona only wanted me to add the ISBNs, which I did in wiki style. I am also unclear what a "List" is, and why it would be better to use in this case. Can you explain to me please why you feel a "List" is preferred?
2. Provide a central theme around the books and research papers instead of simply listing entries. My question: I already have that in the "Research and writings" section. Should this section then refer to your "List" section suggestion?
3. Work on the references , taking help from WP:CS. Need to avoid WP:PRIMARY as much possible, as already suggested. My question: I thought I removed everything primary; can you give me a specific example of what is left that is considered primary?
4. Add an Infobox person, and a picture if possible. My question: I found the wiki Infobox person template and will try that. Question: Just where in the edit page is it placed? At the very top or anywhere and wiki will automatically place it correctly on the 'visible' page?
5. Add publicly available insights into personal life (to differentiate the article from a professional resume , otherwise). Ok. I can dig some more to find info.
Meanwhile, I did a search on wikipedia itself and found 9 or 10 articles that already refer to Brauer's works. Can that be used in the draft? If so, where? Can you suggest an example?
Thank you.

Thank you for your comments on my draft submission. The header on the page tells me not to edit the page but my understanding of your comment is that you would like to work at it. May I go ahead and work on the article?

Okay well now I'm very confused, because I've never done a Wikipedia article before and so I based mine off of Paul Zerdin's Wikipedia page- and the ONLY source listed on that page is "Paul Zerdin's Biography" which isn't a biography at all, but the biography section of -his own website-. So I'm not sure why this article keeps getting declined. I was told I could not use Drew Lynch's official website as a source, but I've since added sources from various news outlets. Drew Lynch also has more followers on social media than Paul Zerdin which I think speaks to his notability. I appreciated the last review because it gave me very specific feedback about which sources were not viable. I thought I had fixed them but at this point it's beginning to seem arbitrary.

Hi there, I've submitted the Shop It To Me page several times and I'd love to get it approved. Can you provide any specific details surrounding why the latest submission was not approved? I used what I thought to be notable sources and avoided making it sound advertorial (a reason it was declined in the past). Any specific tips would be very helpful!
Thank you!

Dear Devopam , would like to ask you to re-review my short article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Martynas_Jasi%C5%ABnas .
Did all the required changes: 1. I have changed some of the references in the text from the reference to result tables to the articles that Lithuania’s press write about the Martynas Jasiunas (how he won and that he won any of the trophies) in order to highlight the notability. The tables of results references are still added to the “Awards” paragraph. Few examples would be Bronze medal in Krakow or victory in Malaysia. Furthermore added additional information concerning Martynas Jasiunas fighters career which is backed by articles of Lithuania’s press (Lithuania’s main newspapers (“Lietuvos zinios”, “Delfi”, “Lietuvos rytas”, “15min”) and by national television of Lithuania – “TV3”. As required removed the links that go to External links. Also new change – content table.

Daniel kenneth (talk) 18:35, 30 May 2016 (UTC)Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:51, 20 October 2016 (UTC)
Hi Devopam,
As an AfC reviewer you're probably aware that a new user right has been created for patrolling new pages (you might even have been granted the right already, and admins have it automatically).
Since July there has been a very serious backlog at Special:NewPagesFeed of over 14,000 pages, by far the worst since 2011, and we need an all out drive to get this back down to just a few hundred that can be easily maintained in the future. Unlike AfC, these pages are already in mainspace, and the thought of what might be there is quite scary. There are also many good faith article creators who need a simple, gentle push to the Tea House or their pages converted to Draft rather than being deleted.
Although New Page Reviewing can occasionally be somewhat more challenging than AfC, the criteria for obtaining the right are roughly the same. The Page Curation tool is even easier to use than the Helper Script, so it's likely that most AfC reviewers already have more than enough knowledge for the task of New Page Review.
It is hoped that AfC reviewers will apply for this right at WP:PERM and lend a hand. You'll need to have read the page at WP:NPR and the new tutorial.

New page reviewers
" user group, allowing you to review new pages and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or in some cases, tag them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed. New page reviewing is a vital function for policing the quality of the encylopedia, if you have not already done so, you must read the new tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the various deletion criteria. If you need more help or wish to discuss the process, please join or start a thread at page reviewer talk.
Hello, Devopam. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
If each reviewer does only 10 reviews a day over five days, the backlog will be down to zero and the daily input can then be processed by each reviewer doing only 2 or 3 reviews a day - that's about 5 minutes work!
Let's get that over and done with in time to relax for the holidays.
Not only are New Page Reviewers the guardians of quality of new articles, they are also in a position to ensure that pages are being correctly tagged for deletion and maintenance and that new authors are not being bitten. This is an important feature of your work. Read about it at the new Monitoring the system section in the tutorial.
With some tweaks to their look, and some additional features, Page Curation and New Pages Feed could easily be the best tools for patrollers and reviewers. We've listed most of what what we need at the 2016 WMF Wishlist Survey. Voting starts on 28 November - please turn out to make our bid the Foundation's top priority. Please help also by improving or commenting on our Wishlist entry at the Community Wishlist Survey. Many other important user suggestions are listed at at Page Curation.

Please do not be offended. However, the National Register of Historic Places listings in Union County, New Mexico article is basically boilerplate of similar county NRHP articles, not only within the state of New Mexico, but also of the more than 3,000 U.S. counties (and equivalents in some jurisdictions) throughout the country. Most states already have all their sites listed on county-level tables. New Mexico is an exception. List articles are supposed to be a summary of the relevant info. If you want detailed citations, see the individual articles. If they are lacking, then flag the individual articles, although I have been updating their infoboxes as I go along and most are already flagged as stubs. In fact, on the county list, I added an additional citation to the table column header to the National Register Information System not present in the original state article.
If all NRHP listings were included in the state list article, it would be ridiculously long. Each county, as in most states, should have its own article. This makes everything easier for localization and categorization of related linked articles. Fortguy (talk) 08:11, 6 December 2016 (UTC)

Hello Devopam. Speedy deletion work is important and I do appreciate the effort. I would just ask that you please review the criteria carefully because accuracy is also important. On that issue, I have declined your speedy deletion nomination of Henry Thompson (cricketer) as an article that does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the topic under CSD A7. That criterion did not apply because "He made his first class debut for Leeds/Bradford MCCU" is a credible indication of "importance or significance". Remember that CSD A7 is a lower standard than what is required to demonstrate notability – it does not, for example, require that the article's text already contain citations to reliable sources that would be necessary to prove notability, but only that it contain a claim that, were it true, might reasonably make the subject a valid encyclopedia topic (if proper sourcing could later be found). All text in this article comes from independent sources and NOT from the company. There is similar company using the exact same sources (see entry https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LendInvest), and for some reason their entry is accepted. Further, that entry is far more PR, only highlighting company achievements. This is very confusing that you seem to allow same sources for one entry, and denying the same sources for another. This entry even uses company sources and they are accepted: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funding_Circle
Please clarify why:
- The article is considered to be PR as similar entries are allowed - the sources used in the relevant entry are not deemed credible given that the same sources are used in allowed entries
I was under the impression that Wiki editors are independent and objective in their review but given the inconsequential application of policies, it certainly brings forward questions about the editors "independence" on this matter.
My article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Claudio_%22Maestro%22_Bergamin - was rejected based on sounding like an advertisement. I modeled it on others posted in the same field such as, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anikka_Albrite, which is written in the same way and also has similar sources. I dont know where to go from here.

We now have 812 New Page Reviewers!
Most of us requested the user right at PERM, expressing a wish to be able to do something about the huge backlog, but the chart on the right does not demonstrate any changes to the pre-user-right levels of October.
The backlog is still steadily growing at a rate of 150 a day or 4,650 a month. Only 20 reviews a day by each reviewer over the next few days would bring the backlog down to a managable level and the daily input can then be processed by each reviewer doing only 2 or 3 reviews a day - that's about 5 minutes work!
It didn't work in time to relax for the Xmas/New Year holidays. Let's see if we can achieve our goal before Easter, otherwise by Thanksgiving it will be closer to 70,000.
Remember that we are the only guardians of quality of new articles, we alone have to ensure that pages are being correctly tagged by non-Reviewer patrollers and that new authors are not being bitten.
This is even more important and extra vigilance is required considering Orangemoody, and
Kudpung is stepping down after 6 years as unofficial coordinator of New Page Patrolling/Reviewing. There is enough work for two people and two coords are now required. Details are at NPR Coordinators; nominate someone or nominate yourself. Date for the actual suffrage will be published later.

Since rolling out the right in November, just 6 months ago, we now have 812 reviewers, but the backlog is still mysteriously growing fast. If every reviewer did just 55 reviews, the 22,000 backlog would be gone, in a flash, schwoop, just like that!
But do remember: Rather than speed, quality and depth of patrolling and the use of correct CSD criteria are essential to good reviewing. Do not over-tag. Make use of the message feature to let the creator know about your maintenance tags. See the tutorial again HERE. Get help HERE.

I'm trying to understand what exactly on my page is not "cited" or sourced. Every sentence or every other sentence coordinates with a reference.
In addition, this page cannot be changed to "Gerald Harvey." His artist name is "G. Harvey" and that is what people know him by.
We would like to reply to some of the comments that have been listed regarding the Acid, Base and The ECW model Wikipedia draft.
It has been suggested that the title be called electrostatic and covalent equation. This is misleading and points readers in the wrong direction. That title may make people think that the equation is used for quantum mechanical calculations. However, the ECW model, among other things, is an equation that correlates and predicts the enthalpies of adduct formation between Lewis acid and Lewis basis. In addition to these calculations, in some cases it is able to get quantitative information on properties that cannot be obtained by other means. A few of these properties are the magnitude of steric hindrance, the magnitude of pi- back bonding, the enthalpy of dissociation of a dimer, etc. Since the ECW model deals with Lewis acids and bases it seems to us that an appropriate title would be Lewis Acids & Bases and The ECW model.
One of the comments mentioned that a large number of the references was of Russell Drago's work. The authors of this draft were of the impression that the references were to back up the assertions made in the article (and not an indication of a popularity contest.) The ECW model is mentioned in many inorganic textbooks as can be seen by consulting reference 1 in the reference 4 listed in reference section in the draft article. ECW is also mentioned in the Wikipedia article on HSAB Theory. And several recently published books on acids and bases also discuss the E&C parameters. Would you like all the inorganic textbooks and the recently published acid base book to be listed in the article — Preceding unsigned comment added by BeaglePower (talk • contribs) 00:11, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
