Also, we only use Inter Language Links formatted for use in the English Wikipedia - so it would need to be in the following style for the subject you added: ((ill|Fernando Albán Salazar|es)) (which would add a small inline link to the Spanish article for that subject while still showing that an English article needed to be created for him).
