Only a few of these got deleted, and the rest still seem to have their CfD tags on. Did something come up when you were carrying out deletion? I can help if you'd like. --BDD (talk) 20:54, 24 June 2019 (UTC)
You may wish to revoke talk page access.--Cahk (talk) 08:17, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
Hello MER-C. I have reviewed the unblock request of Ericwg and he appears to be editing in good faith, despite creating one article that was written in a very promotional tone. He has now reviewed the relevant policies more closely and I feel has been very reasonable in his response. I am willingly to unblock unless you see any further outstanding issues you wish to address. Sincerely, Sasquatch t|c 15:25, 26 June 2019 (UTC)
As I often do, I review my CSD log archives to see if pages I nominated reappear. And one did...
Built Green Canada was first created by the user Built Green Canada. It was deleted on 3 July 2014 by FreeRangeFrog for G11 and G12. The user was blocked, quite obviously, for WP:ORGNAME. They gave a weak unblock request on 6 October 2014, which you commented on 9 October 2014. The request was declined.
Suddenly the article reappeared on 7 October 2014, this time created by Green4321, who coincidentally registered as a new user on the same day. I warned them about COI edits on 28 December 2015, but it went unreplied. They have contributed solely to that article as a WP:SPA for their entire existence.
Is this enough to warrant a report at SPI, or a stern warning for continued undisclosed paid editing? The evidence is circumstantial but I am convinced that this is the same person. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 17:23, 28 June 2019 (UTC)
More UPE, yay! Praxidicae (talk) 18:04, 28 June 2019 (UTC)
Hi MER-C, if you get a few moments I would appreciate some input on how to best deal with a months-long campaign of spamming Indian articles with "Indian Society of Cinematographers". The relevant discussion is here and I apologise for the multiple pings if you got them. I also recently noticed this user, who is clearly here to spam ISC.[1][2][3]. I have opened an SPI to see if they are related to Roastedcocoa, but I plan to indef them even if they're not. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 04:17, 1 July 2019 (UTC)

Hi MER-C, in reference to ArtRabbit, I've attempted to amend everything that I could based on your feedback, and have also disclosed a conflict of interest on the Talk page. I was wondering if you could let me know what "ACPERM gaming" refers to? I haven't been able to find a direct answer yet. Thanks for your help! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sandy Di Yu (talk • contribs) 14:23, 5 July 2019 (UTC)
Ah okay, thanks for letting me know. I'll just leave it at that then. There's no connection? Sandy Di Yu (talk) 10:01, 9 July 2019 (UTC)
Do you cull manually, or is there an automated tool that culls for you? Thanks, 💵Money💵emoji💵💸 23:10, 5 July 2019 (UTC)
Monday (software) is now approved article, can you please remove the protection you put on it? Thanks Uziel302 (talk) 09:40, 7 July 2019 (UTC)
User:MER-C, can you please review a list of pages created by User:Sistaginna, which very clearly fails WP:GNG.
Also can you see Irene Roberts, something is wrong at AFD, not sure what is wrong with it.Meeanaya (talk) 04:34, 8 July 2019 (UTC)
Hi Meeanaya am surprise you created this discussion, this are some the reasons most Africans do not want to contribute to Wikipedia. We have less/no online references to notable items. Thank you Amakuru for adding your voice. And to Meeanaya it is about time we appreciate the little effort Africans put on this platform to bridge the gap. --Sistaginna (talk) 12:58, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
Hi User:MER-C,
A couple of months ago I posted a wikipedia article about Tagomi (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3ANoweiitsmichael&type=revision&diff=891119375&oldid=890914883), but it was deleted and marked as promotional. We tried to make the article very neutral, and simply stated what we are, historical events, and all the news articles about us, which included many from reputable sources like Bloomberg, Forbes, etc. In full disclosure I am an employee of the company, but we're hoping that simply posting basic information without any adding any biased statements would meet the affiliation requirements.
Would you be able to help identify where we were being promotional? We're happy to make any changes required. Thank you for your consideration!

MER-C,
I am researching the details surrounding a Wikipedia page which was deleted on 18 May 2019. The entry on the page shows that it was deleted by you for "G5: Creation by a blocked or banned user".
In discussions with Wikipedia support, I have been advised to contact you via your talk page to obtain the pre-deletion content and log history of the page.
Since this is a public forum, I have omitted the specifics. Please contact me via email at <gezelter@rlgsc.com> for details.

Hi MER-C. Could you please help me out? I think we need to open a CCI case on a user -I've never opened a case and I'm not sure how to go about doing it. The user is BrugesFR. There's some information at User talk:Diannaa#User:BrugesFR. Thank you very much, — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 12:11, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
Thank you. I have a question. Does your closure mean that the portals that were not deleted were procedurally kept, so that they may be renominated immediately, or did you find that there was a consensus to keep any of them, or did you actually find no consensus (in which case they may be renominated after a pause)? Robert McClenon (talk) 00:26, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
GSS (talk|c|em) 08:38, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
Before I go all guns-a-blazing as usual on the new CCI, should I wait for you to cull it? If you have other things that are more important, I can wait. 💵Money💵emoji💵💸 01:48, 24 July 2019 (UTC)
As part of implementing last years wishlist they're working on a new notification when COI is suspected. To implment this they're going to be checking edit filters 148 and 149. Do you know if these are the correct filters to be using? Thanks and best, Barkeep49 (talk) 05:56, 24 July 2019 (UTC)
Hello, thank you for closing the CfR discussion about Userbox galleries. I'm not sure about the order of renames by Cydebot. Pages in Wikipedia namespace that were in Category:Lists of userboxes should have stayed in Category:Userbox galleries (it is now a category-redirect—this was not the intention of CfR discussion). However, I see them in Category:Personal userbox galleries now. I should have warned about the fact that name "Userbox galleries" appears twice in the nomination, and order of renames is important. —andrybak (talk) 10:40, 26 July 2019 (UTC)
Re Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2019_June_4#Centuries_in_Hispania, may I suggest appending to your close the words "to Medieval Portugal", or otherwise clarifying? – Fayenatic London 22:52, 28 July 2019 (UTC)

Hi Mer-C, Could you explain why my Marscoin entry was deleted even though I supplied more references, two of which were from scientific publications? The Mars Society has an entry in wikipedia and Marscoin has been adopted as their community project. Does someone else have to create the entry? Any guidance would help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Novalis78 (talk • contribs)
I am the IT Director for the Mars Society (www.marssociety.org) and I can vouch that Marscoin is a real community project that we are participating in. It is managed by a separate non-profit (the Marscoin Foundation) which is unrelated to us. - James Burk
Could you please block user: 65.94.180.189 asap. She clearly will not stop vandalizing until she is blocked. CLCStudent (talk) 16:14, 7 August 2019 (UTC)
Hi. A page I created was just deleted. I am actually documenting the digital marketing companies of my country. Please guide me where was I wrong and what I ought to not put if and when I create again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Smo1257 (talk • contribs)
Hi MER-C, I noticed that you have been involved with relisting discussions at Categories for Renaming to try to move toward consensus. I'm following two proposals I was involved with here and here. Should I relist these myself, or leave them to you or another uninvolved party to close or relist? Thanks, Sdkb (talk) 02:50, 9 August 2019 (UTC)

I'm trying to find out why an entire article was deleted. I think there has been some kind of mistake. I had contributed to the article in the past, but now it is gone. Is there a way to request that it be reinstated, and allow me to work on or fix whatever the issues are with it? Sf46 (talk) 20:48, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
You might want to take a look at this request by 171.233.66.91 (talk · contribs · WHOIS), which was successfully refunded after your block of the creator Muneorion for spam. Seems pretty ducky to me. Praxidicae (talk) 13:03, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
Hi Merc-c: Just a note that at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2019 August 8 you closed the Category:Non-standard portal pages discussion as delete, but the page was not deleted. North America1000 13:16, 16 August 2019 (UTC)

Hey, I found an article that is listed at PCP. I'm working on a version with a lot of the BH fluff removed (I even checked the sources to see if my new version isn't copyvio-ing) so that I can submit it to Women In Red as an improvement (they're doing Film+Stage this month), but I don't think it feels moral to remove a PCP warning. What do I do? (ping me) FoxyGrampa75 (talk) 23:27, 20 August 2019 (UTC)
Hi MER-C, I see that you are the most recent user to have reviewed the Hattons of London draft. I have fully re-worked the article and have re-submitted. To confirm, is this page now considered under review, or is there additional steps that i need to take? Thank you Sala90 (talk) 10:11, 23 August 2019 (UTC)
Regarding editor LightFromABrightStar, I am not convinced that you unblocking this individual has resulted in a "new start". Their track record since is not looking good. William Harristalk 08:22, 24 August 2019 (UTC)
@William Harris: Drat. She was not blocked originally (on the old account) for her dog-gonned edit warring, but for a comment on her talk page she attributed to her daughter. She received at least two edit warring notices on the old account. I will give her a final warning.-- Deepfriedokra 12:50, 24 August 2019 (UTC)
Hi, as you have closed several discussions in Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2019 July 7, please could you possibly close or relist the last two (American cattlewomen and American cattlemen)? I have contributed to the discussion so I can't close it myself, and I couldn't find a process to request closure. TSventon (talk) 08:44, 27 August 2019 (UTC)
