A tag has been placed on Talk:David F. Simons, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. DGG ( talk ) 07:50, 25 December 2015 (UTC)
You reverted this edit, commenting failure of NPOV. It didn't look that way to me, the only defect I saw in that edit was that there was a typo which needed to be corrected (and I was waiting for reviewer permission to accept the change before fixing it). Prince's current occupation should normally have the lead, and the edit doesn't remove his controversial past. If anything, by removing "philanthropist", it moves it towards neutrality. Could you take a second look at that edit, please? Thanks, Tarl.Neustaedter (talk) 23:45, 24 January 2016 (UTC)

Meatsgains, I just undid your prod on Fletcher_Mulnix. I explained my reasons for doing so on the talk page. The short version of it is , the source referenced in the article states he's the 17 year old announcer for The Minnesota Lynx (Women's pro basketball team) and a backup announcer for the Timberwolves. That, in and of itself, is notable. Yes I know it wasn't in the article, but the source made mention of it. Thanks KoshVorlon 18:15, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
Hi Meatsgain, Thanks for your feedback. I have tried my best editing JunHong Lu's page according to WP:Peacock and WP:Coatrack and update the page. I hope you can point out specific area that not meeting any policies instead of revert the whole page. Appreciated. Thanks again for your effort and help. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Peace n Mercy (talk • contribs) 14:07, 15 February 2016 (UTC)
Hi there! I'm reaching out to see if you might have some time to look over my revised draft for the Jarret Myer article and, if it looks OK, move it to the live article? Another editor has already reviewed and given their OK, but have been offline since. As I noted in the RfC, I have a financial COI so I won't make edits myself. Thanks! We need more neutral opinions here. I've followed instructions here and at Wikipedia:Feedback request service and to used the user lists there. I've sent a message for neutral input to everyone active recently and available for 10 per month or more on the lists in the Language and linguistics, Media, the arts, and architecture, Society-sports-culture, Unsorted and All-RFCs lists, none of whom have interacted with me before, that I can remember. Have done my best to act in good faith to try to get more neutral opinions. Please help! Thanx! SergeWoodzing (talk) 14:52, 25 April 2016 (UTC)
Hey: there's some odds things happening at Alison Weir and If Americans Knew. IMO, the articles are fluctuating between being too critical and too promotional. I'm sure a balance can be struck, and I'd welcome your help if you're up for it! Safehaven86 (talk) 15:36, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
An article that you have been involved in editing—Vitalik Buterin —has been proposed for merging with another article. If you are interested, please participate in the merger discussion. Thank you. Jtbobwaysf (talk) 16:37, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
Hello, I hope this is the proper channel for us to talk about this page. I believe you put the page up for deletion originally, and the discussion is ongoing in AfD. First I would like to genuinely (not asskissingly I swear) express my gratitude because you made me work on improving the article -- and as quickly as I could. Wikipedia is somewhat of a learning curve. I tried to deal with the issues that came up, the article has been worked on and enhanced in many ways, and a few days ago I posted in AfD. I’m wondering what the next step might be. I believe we need to get to a consensus opinion but I’m not sure how. Any insights would be appreciated. Bettina F. Rage (talk) 03:07, 11 May 2016 (UTC)

Hello Sir Meatsgains
This article are created by some pan-arabists his name is alhaqiqa
This person vandalized many times the berbers article
The North African Arabs article is created to abuse berbers and to distorting facts
In a section of this article "Berberisation and Berberised Arabs" they write Racism in North-Africa !!
There is an article "Arabs" so there is no need to create another article
My greetings
AyOuBoXe (talk) 00:13, 23 May 2016 (UTC)
Hi Meatsgains! I have seen that you have removed the empty sections in the wikipedia page 'North African Arabs'. Can you please leave them there, because they have to be filled with information first. Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alhaqiha (talk • contribs) 17:44, 23 May 2016 (UTC)
The Mediation Committee has received a request for formal mediation of the dispute relating to "Paul Singer (businessman)". As an editor concerned in this dispute, you are invited to participate in the mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process which resolves a dispute over article content by facilitation, consensus-building, and compromise among the involved editors. After reviewing the request page, the formal mediation policy, and the guide to formal mediation, please indicate in the "party agreement" section whether you agree to participate. Because requests must be responded to by the Mediation Committee within seven days, please respond to the request by 7 June 2016.
Discussion relating to the mediation request is welcome at the case talk page. Thank you.

The request for formal mediation concerning Paul Singer (businessman), to which you were listed as a party, has been declined. To read an explanation by the Mediation Committee for the rejection of this request, see the mediation request page, which will be deleted by an administrator after a reasonable time. Please direct questions relating to this request to the Chairman of the Committee, or to the mailing list. Dear Meatgains, You have tagged Anis Jouini 2x for deletion and I don't understand why, this is a legitimate musician who tours globally his band tagged in the article Myrath tours globally, please let me know what additional sources I need to credit, please help me to correct the faults I am willing to learn and need your guidance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Evadowdinternational (talk • contribs) 04:33, 12 July 2016 (UTC)
Please review the update to references, I do believe there are far more less notable musicians with less complete profiles not flagged for deletion , he is very famous in Tunisia and I do appreciate your knowledgeable support while I make the corrections required. talk—Preceding undated comment added 15:54, 12 July 2016 (UTC)

Hi,
Thank you for your message; as you surmised, I am new to wikipedia, and STARlight was my first article. I have added a number of links to the STARlight wiki page. I have also added some links to it, from the Event Generator and STARlight disambiguation page. However, this has been problematic, and at least the disambiguation link no longer works; I am a little confused as to how wikipedia handles capitalizaiton, and whether 'STARlight' and 'Starlight' are the same; if not, the page may need a different name.
Regarding notability, STARlight is a standard Monte Carlo program used over the past 15 years by 4 current large experiments (STAR at RHIC, ALICE, CMS, LHC-b and ATLAS at the LHC), and formerly by PHENIX at RHIC, plus at least one fixed target experiment, and for a number of theoretical studies (to give one examples, in arXiv:1607.06083). It is a standard tool for ultra-peripheral collisions. This can be seen by some judicious googling; I could add references to the diverse usage, but this would be a lot of references.
I would be open to your guidance about how to proceed on both these counts.
