The Queen's Birthday Honours 1995 were appointments by some of the 16 Commonwealth realms to various orders and honours to recognise and reward good works by citizens of those countries. The Birthday Honours are awarded as part of the Queen's Official Birthday celebrations during the month of June.

The honours were announced on 16 June 1995 in the United Kingdom,[1] and on 5 June 1995 in New Zealand,[2][3][4][5] Barbados,[6] Grenada,[7] Papua New Guinea,[8] Solomon Islands,[9] Saint Lucia,[10] Belize,[11] Antigua and Barbuda,[12] and Saint Kitts and Nevis.[13]

The recipients of honours are displayed as they were styled before their new honour and arranged by the country (in order of precedence) whose ministers advised the Queen on the appointments, then by honour with grades i.e. Knight or Dame Grand Cross before Knight or Dame Commander, and by division i.e. civil, diplomatic, and military as appropriate.
