Naserabad (Persian: ناصراباد), also Romanized as Nāşerābād or Nasirabad,[3] was a village in, and the capital of, Eqbal-e Gharbi Rural District of the Central District of Qazvin County, Qazvin province, Iran.[4] The capital of the rural district has been transferred to Nezamabad.[5]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,748 in 649 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 7,954 people in 2,207 households.[2]
