I intend to get to fixing or responding to your comments tonight, but I wanted to just add really quickly that I'm pretty sure File:Kenneth_Minogue.jpg has a license ("This image was taken from Flickr's The Commons. The uploading organization may have various reasons for determining that no known copyright restrictions exist [...].").
