An article you recently created, Luis Arraez, does not have sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Using the ((current)) template is great, but please don't change the team. The whole point is that it's too soon to change the team. Hello, Astros1962. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Luis Arraez".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the ((db-afc))
, ((db-draft))
, or ((db-g13))
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 08:28, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Thanks for uploading File:GVKNFPVQBUI6TJPIHE2PSPSJ2I.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 03:30, 5 September 2019 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on File:GVKNFPVQBUI6TJPIHE2PSPSJ2I.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Whpq (talk) 12:23, 5 September 2019 (UTC)

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Corbin Martin, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.
If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.
You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. At least one of your edits on the page 2019 World Series, while it may have been in good faith, was difficult to distinguish from vandalism. To help other editors understand the reason for the changes, you can use an edit summary for your contributions. You can also take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Z16talk 19:16, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
Just a reminder, jersey numbers need sources just like everything else. A player previously wearing a number doesn't mean they'll wear it on a new team. When Zunino became a Ray last season, you added him as #3 everywhere because he was #3 as a Mariner, even though he ended up wearing #10. Hunter Renfroe wearing #10 as a Padre doesn't mean Zunino will switch, and it also doesn't mean Zunino will switch back to #3, because why wouldn't he have just taken #3 in the first place? Nohomersryan (talk) 03:48, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
Hi there! Just wanted to ask you to please stop updating jersey numbers on the Tigers roster page in the event of new signings if they are not confirmed. This is echoing a previous talk page comment, but just because a player may have worn a jersey number with a previous team does not mean they'll wear it for their new team. Please refrain from editing jersey numbers until there is confirmation by the team either in a press conference, on their website, or via another media release. Thank you! NotAdamKovic (talk) 00:13, 24 December 2019 (UTC)

When you update the roster templates at the end of the season, don't move the non 40-man players from the player pool to the active roster. They should be removed. It is hard to cleanup after you do that. Spanneraol (talk) 18:50, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

I fully understand why I have been blocked from making edits on Wikipedia. I promise it will not happen again and will be more communitive on this website. Astros1962 (talk) 00:21, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Being uncommunicative is part of why you were blocked. The main reason, however, is that you're adding unsourced content. Where are you getting this information, why aren't you citing sources when asked, and why are you ignoring requests to do so on your talk page? At the very least, show us that you're capable of following our core policy of verifiability by citing your source here on your talk page. Once you do that, maybe we can shorten the block or unblock you. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 01:25, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the ((unblock)) template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
Per Special:Diff/1002781706, you have introduced not just original research or failed to cite an existing source. You have, instead, made up the numbers.
This is completely unacceptable. If you ever edit a biography under this "habit" again, you will be indefinitely topic banned from editing biographical articles in the future, without further warning. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 20:36, 27 January 2021 (UTC)

Hi,
I was wondering if I could take the lead on updating the game logs for both of the Bay Area baseball teams for the remainder of this season. I am from the Bay Area and are a big fan of both of them. I promise to get them updated within 5 minutes of their completion unless I have problems with getting the proper attendance number. Please respond when you have time. Hi. I just figured out that I will most likely have a conflict when the Mariners-A's game ends as well as the Giants-Padres game. I was hoping that you could fill in for me just for today in filling out the game logs. I will return tomorrow for all 3 of these teams. Thanks. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 22:05, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
Thanks for covering the A’s and Mariners game for me. I think by a crazy stroke of luck I can update the Giants game log today. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 00:05, 24 September 2021 (UTC)
Hey I am going offline for the rest of today so could you please help with Mariners, A’s, and Dodgers score updating please? I can return tomorrow to do the scores. Thanks. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 02:09, 3 October 2021 (UTC)
I’ll be offline today as well so I won’t be able to enter the Game 2 (LA-SF) scores. I will be back for Game 3 and beyond. Thanks. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 02:05, 10 October 2021 (UTC)

If it’s okay with you...I would like to add the Mariners and Athletics game logs to their respective pages starting tomorrow. Is that okay? Thanks. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 07:42, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
My mistake. I was referring to adding the actual games themselves. Not just the headers. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 20:07, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
@GoWarriors151718:: Do you mind if I change the design of the headers for the A's, Mariners, & Giants game logs? Astros1962 (talk) 18:45, 14 October 2021 (UTC)
I know that you may be busier than normal lately but I was wondering if you could look at all the stats listed on the top of the 2021 San Francisco Giants page. I understand that they lead in all of them but some of them seem like they shouldn't be reported on this page like pitches outside the strike zone that batters swung at. Could you please leave a list here of what stats that you think should stay and which ones should go please? Thanks. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 03:35, 13 October 2021 (UTC)

You've been here long enough to know better than to change that without even adding a source. Nevermind the fact that you've been here long enough to know that the sources all say "according to reports" or "pending a physical", and that we wait for the team's official announcement before we change a page because we're not a newspaper. We don't break news. – Muboshgu (talk) 03:40, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
Hi. Minor point regarding this edit you made on Kendall Graveman. Please spell out "million" rather than writing "MM". That's a shorthand we shouldn't use. Thank you. – Muboshgu (talk) 18:22, 30 November 2021 (UTC)
Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to every MLB team's 2022 season, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. As of today, there is still an MLB season to be had. You removing every MLB team's Game Log because 5-7 of 162 games were canceled is not productive at all.--CreecregofLife (talk) 03:42, 2 March 2022 (UTC)
May I please assist with the same group of teams this season that I worked on last season (Giants, A's, Mariners, Dodgers)? Please respond when you have time. Thanks. GoWarriors151718 (talk) 21:53, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
I can assist with 2 of the 4 teams that you listed on my page (San Francisco and Oakland). You can still update the other 2 (Los Angeles and Seattle). Apdiggs1997 (talk) 02:05, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for having my back on the A’s game today. I was trying to do it on my phone but was having trouble. I nearly got it but oh well. In the future, may I have a 2 min opportunity to gather the necessary information for the game log entries please? If I can’t get the logs updated within 2 min then by all means you can do it. Thanks. Apdiggs1997 (talk) 03:09, 7 May 2022 (UTC)
Hello. When do the MLB (individual) team articles get created for the 2023 season? Cherrell410 (talk) 18:08, 22 May 2022 (UTC)
I should be available at the conclusion of both games. I’m just letting you know that I might need a little extra time to complete both. Thanks. Apdiggs1997 (talk) 22:22, 6 August 2022 (UTC) Apdiggs1997 (talk) 22:22, 6 August 2022 (UTC)

Asterisks have been getting added to the pages of the 2019, 2021 and 2022 Houston Astros (specifically, next to AL Champions (2019, 2021) and World Series champions (2022)) I keep removing them and they keep getting added back. I know they cheated in 2017, call me salty if you want, but it needs to stop. Astros1962 (talk) 00:25, 7 April 2023 (UTC)
