Hi Zawed, I'd like to invite you to participate in a group interview in the upcoming August issue of the Military History Wikiproject's newsletter, The Bugle, with editors who work on articles concerning World War I. We're conducting this interview to mark the centenary of the war, and it forms part of a semi-regular series of interviews on thematic topics. If you're able to participate, I'd be grateful if you could post responses to the questions at Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/News/August 2014/Interview by next Sunday 17 July. Please let me know if you have any questions about this. Regards, Nick-D (talk) 10:24, 2 August 2014 (UTC)

G'day, mate, haven't seen you on Wiki for awhile, so I hope everything is well. Anyway, quick question: I was having a look at the ((Anzac)) template, and pretty much all of the units have articles now, which is great to see. One stands out, though, for not having an article: 2nd Infantry Brigade (New Zealand). If you are looking for a project, I wonder if you would be interested in taking this on? The work you did on the New Zealand Division article was fantastic. I'd be happy to help in any way I can. Regards, AustralianRupert (talk) 07:26, 6 September 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Jordan 191, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Marlboro (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

G'day, Zawed, as you may be aware, the nomination phase of the Milhist co-ord elections has begun. No pressure, but I would like to encourage you to consider running. I believe that you have the experience and knowledge, and you have been active in many areas of the project so I believe that you would stand a good chance of being successful and would make a fantastic addition to the co-ord team. If you have any questions about the role please let me know. You can nominate here, if you are keen: Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Coordinators/September 2016. Anyway, all the best. Hope you are having a nice relaxing weekend on your side of the Tasman. Regards, AustralianRupert (talk) 06:19, 3 September 2016 (UTC)

Hi Zawed, every so often the editors of the Milhist newsletter, the Bugle, run an interview with members of the project. For the November 2016 issue, we'd like to present a chat with the first-time coordinators from the September elections. We'd love you to participate -- the interview page is here. We always like to get the Bugle out by the 7th of the month, so allowing for some tidy-up before despatch, if you could complete your answers within two weeks, i.e. around 2nd November, that'd be great. Thanks/cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 07:49, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 05:04, 21 October 2016 (UTC)
Please have a look at the article after the improvements. Regards, Krishna Chaitanya Velaga (talk • mail) 12:41, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
