• Keep The nom should read WP:N carefully before nominating any article for deletion in future. WP:N does not say the topic should have coverage in international media to be notable, local media coverage is enough. 1. Notable events usually have significant impact over a wide region, domain, or widespread societal group -> this seems to be a local event
2. Significant national or international coverage is usually expected for an event to be notable -> I could find only coverage from Knoxville news outlets, where the event is taking place

• Merge to Knoxville, Tennessee#Culture. Despite being an "international" festival, there is not international coverage for this festival that has only been run once ever. Coverage is entirely local. -- Whpq (talk) 16:26, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
