My reading of the article section is that there's nothing particularly noteworthy about the particular so-and-so's who created the blog whose example is being used as an opportunity to discuss that particular kind of cultural appropriation. The discussion has long-term significance, but the particular example doesn't, so I don't think the mentions of the two creators of this blog are likely to remain long-term in the article. The only WP:RS I can find using it to refer to Yanbian is this in a Vice Magazine article.   • It's not just an issue of "west' vs. "western"; Western Korea isn't a real thing either. Korea simply has no geographic or cultural features to divide it into distinct "east" and "west". There is a "southwest Korea" distinguishable from the southeast in history (Baekje vs. Silla), modern administrative divisions (Jeolla vs. Gyeongsang), water (the Seomjin River), and politics (commons:Category:Election maps of South Korea) but it also has nothing in common with the northwest; grouping them as "west Korea" is meaningless. I don't know if there's an article that covers all of this: geography of Korea only gets at part of it.     I would say it's reasonable to have such redirects for any country (or in this case pair of countries) where someone might look at them on a map and think "what's the western part called?", provided that the target article does discuss westernness to some degree (as Geography of Korea does). I haven’t seen much else regarding this so it appears to have never been more than a small message in one relatively small region so I’m doubt it’s worth mentioning. • Comment This is evidently referring to Callao as a port (it is Peru's largest port), with "Roads" another term for roadstead, akin to something like Hampton Roads. There is one incoming link that uses it in this context. However, there is no mention at target, and quick searching hasn't turned up much evidence that this term has historically been used for Callao. This title seems highly implausible as a search term. From doing some research it seems that it can only come from a corruption of the Vietnamese name, Biển Đông (lit. "Sea" and "East"), that has switched the words, removed the space between them, and removed all of the diacritics. In addition, according to Wiktionary, "Biển" should always be capitalized anyway.
