Qorqori District (Persian: بخش قرقرئ) is in Hirmand County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Qorqori.[3]
After the 2006 National Census, Miyan Kongi District was separated from Zabol County in the establishment of Hirmand County, which was divided into two districts and five rural districts, with Dust Mohammad as its capital and only city at the time.[3]
The census in 2011 counted 14,544 people in 3,242 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 13,192 inhabitants in 3,492 households.[2]
After the census, the village of Qorqori was elevated to the status of a city.[5]
