The article is still not ready since I have not been able to get info on web site references on operating head and tailwater level (probably your search may come out with some info on this) at the Powerhouse. May be we can post it tomarrow. The other two articles will be linked to a six or seven articles hook under South Sikkim and East Sikkim. It will be a week before we can post them. I want to do an article exclusively on some subject in Pakistan. I was thinking of Rumbur valley, which is famous for the Kalash people or Kafiristan and Kalash language as it has ancient Indo Aryan historical link. I am sure you would be interested. You could probabaly give a lead section which could be developed further since some existing articles give lot of information and references. I am reading a book on Himalaya by Micheal Palin (of BBC fame).--Nvvchar 10:40, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
I have moved Temi Tea Garden to main space as our joint article. You may like to copy edit and post it on DYK. The Rangit Dam articile still needs inputs.--Nvvchar 14:10, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
Added reference in Rangit Dam. I had converted in terms of USD value when project was completed in 1999/2000 (about Rs 40). I have now changed it to USD=Rs45 at current rate and mentioned it in the text. I tried to expand Birla Mandir, Hyderabad but could not find more reliable text than what is already given in the article. Dharan, Nepal is a modern town but nothing special about it. I have gone there. I am anyway trying to expand it. I tried to expand Acantilados de Los Gigantes in Tenerife coast but most references of use need translation from Spanish, which I can not read or understand or translate. However, Thimpu is worth expanding. I will do it on the main space itself as we did for Kathmandu by end of next week.Thanks.--Nvvchar 02:33, 6 June 2010 (UTC)

I'm asking the people in the Consensus? section of the "Populated places" discussion about a key point that has created some division in this giant nomination. When you were reaching this consensus, did you think "Cities and towns" categories (not "Cities, towns, and villages") should have been part of the changes? If you have an opinion on this, please comment at the nomination.--Mike Selinker (talk) 15:03, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
Those images look great, thanks for putting them together. For the infobox, if you want to add the parameters to infobox film, you'll probably need to leave comments there first to ensure there is consensus. You should probably also contact the active members of the Indian task force to determine if adding the additional parameters is better or creating an Indian film infobox instead. I would really like to see a lot of the crew sections taken out of the Indian film articles, so it's good to see you are taking the steps to do so. I also need to finish up another Eastwood book and I'll add just a few citations from it hopefully this weekend. I was glad to see his birthday, since we both share the same birthday. But eighty years and still going strong, I hope I'm doing that well at his age. --Happy editing! Nehrams2020 (talk • contrib) 17:47, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:SámalJoensenMikines.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 17:47, 5 June 2010 (UTC)

You have been granted the 'reviewer' userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. –xenotalk 13:34, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

Hi. Can you explain the reasoning behind the blanket removal of the existing Template:Infobox Place Ireland templates (standard for towns/villages) with the generic box? The Ireland place template is standard on many/all Irish cities/towns/villages/etc, and I can't see what value the generic box affords that the Ireland Place template does not. One interesting ghost story (female Dracula version) related to Tobelo is in this book reference.[1] Have a look at the text on pages 278-280 and let me know if it would be interesting to include it in Tobelo article. However, I have added some text relating to riots statistics in Tolebo.--Nvvchar 09:47, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
I have completed my inputs. --Nvvchar 08:34, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
That's the impression I've been getting from what I hear around the office. Today everyone was glued to the US - Slovenia match; personally I'll be impressed if we make it out of the first round. 'Course, that's what we get for watching "soccer" and not football in this country... :-) --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 21:07, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
Hi there. Translating from the es wiki, I added a climate section to Calvià. But, same as usual, I was soon sidetracked following a redlink. That led to me creating Sierra de Na Burguesa which I now believe needs renaming. Can you take a look at its talk page? Thanks. --Rosiestep (talk) 16:21, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
Sure - I'll get to in in a short while; I have one thing to finish ahead of it. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 19:22, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
I agree; it's almost certainly a hoax. I've PRODded it. As to Dimbaza, the whole article needs referencing, although the statement you tagged is probably broadly true, given the history of the Ciskei. The last sentence, though, seems a bit doubtful. Anyway, I can't find references right now for it, but I've tagged the article with ((Unreferenced)). - htonl (talk) 22:03, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
Yes indeed, the Dimbaza article is perhaps not quite as NPOV as it could be. I've partly rewritten it to try to address some of those issues, but it still needs referencing. - htonl (talk) 22:50, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
So, at your suggestion, I've been doing some translation, but I really don't see anyone else doing much translation the last few days. - Jmabel | Talk 04:33, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

I see you do a lot of work with Infobox settlement; if you could start supplying the new coordinates_region parameter, that would be grand.

It has shown up on the alex bot that you are once again moving through Indonesian geography again - in WP:AGF and not wishing to envigorate the James Bond response of shoot first, sip the caviar and dip the silenced luger, could you be ever such a sweet and actually put WP Indonesia on the talk pages - it would be a help - and show that you acknowledge there is a project they belong to? Hi blofs, Thank you very much for the message. I didn't mean to vanish without explaining. Suddenly my machine broke down severely and had to replace some hardware to fix it back. Meanwhile I didn't rush my return as I'm now graduated and thinking of starting a career. Therefore most unfortunately I think I'm gonna have very limited time to edit here, which I miss greatly. I think I can afford another week or so to write one last article and bid farewell my wikifriends properly. Yes, it is unfortunate that Chamal is retired, but I won't lose my appetite of wikipedia.
