"93 FM" is a page listing radio stations advertising as 93 on the FM dial, while "93.0 FM" is for radio stations that actually occupy 93.0MHz. There are many stations that do not reside at exactly 93.0MHz but which advertise that they are 93 on the dial, and for which, you can usually have reception at 93 on the dial. I see, you want set indexes at both 93 FM and 93.0 FM. So Draft:93.0 FM is really a separate issue, and a lot of confusion was created by the one IP creating both a draft in response to another IP's comment and then drafting a separate set index to replace the redirect. That said, there is the existing precedent of 95 FM and 97 FM simply being redirects to 95.0 FM and 97.0 FM, respectively, rather than being separate SIAs.
