Trump for President v. Boockvar. The "obvious" target is Rudy Giuliani#2020 election lawsuits but neither of these are actually linked from there and while there are many articles relating to the events none of them that I've found has anything that would be a good landing point for someone using this search term. I believe that the school version is usually just an empty room. You can see a video of one at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8QO7OlgMHw They're sometimes called de-escalation rooms or safety rooms. The idea is that a child who is having a violent moment can be in a place that is relatively safe for the student (e.g., nothing they can stab themselves with, no ability to bolt out of the school and into traffic) and also everyone else (who, since they are no longer in the same room, are out of reach of fists and thrown objects). I think that padded cells and seclusion room are very similar. the only difference I see is that the padded cells seem to have padded floors. I think there the same thing because they are both padded rooms to put someone alone in. the only difference is that when it's in a school, they call it a seclusion room. some people have said that the difference between the two is that a seclusion room is empty with no padding but if you look at pictures and videos online you can see that they do have padding. also, the padded cell article says that they are the same thing.
