The project is aimed at improving the articles regarding those within the project's scope, and to create new articles for related subjects that do not exist yet.
I expanded upon Htgn Institutions but there are some redlinks. I can't tell if some, like the MU Medical Center, are part of Cabell-Huntington or if it deserves its own separate page.
Huntington-Ashland, WV-KY-OH, Metropolitan Statistical Area page was added, but it needs more work and information. Also, linked it with a redirect from the kyova page. Expand or renovate Ironton, Ohio and Portsmouth, Ohio. I've reorganised it in accordance to other city pages, such as Louisville, Huntington, Lexington, and Cincinnati. More work needs to be done in the way of expansion and cleanup.
