Wuhe County (simplified Chinese: 五河县; traditional Chinese: 五河縣; pinyin: Wǔhé Xiàn) is a county in the north of Anhui Province, People's Republic of China, bordering Jiangsu province to the east. It is the easternmost county-level division of the prefecture-level city of Bengbu, having an area of 1,580 square kilometres (610 sq mi) and a population of 688,499 as of the end of 2017[update]. Its economy is based on meat production[citation needed].
