K21OM-D, virtual channel 20 (UHF digital channel 21), is a low-powered, Class A Court TV Mystery-owned-and-operated television station licensed to Lafayette, Louisiana, United States. The station is owned by HC2 Holdings (now INNOVATE Corp). The station's transmitter is located south of Crowley just off La Highway 13. The station launched on February 1, 2020. As of October 8, 2018, all stations for the new repack have been granted. The station call letters changed from K18JF-D to K21OM-D on April 21, 2020.

On June 21st Azteca America, Cozi TV, and Shop LC were dropped and Court TV Mystery, Defy TV, and TrueReal were added to 20.1, 20.3, and 20.5 respectively with Newsy launching October 4, 2021 (replacing NTD America). Cozi TV was repalced by color bars on 20.2. Court TV Mystery, Defy TV, TrueReal TV, and Newsy are owned by the E. W. Scripps franchise who also owns the local ABC affilate KATC-TV. With the launch of Court TV Mystery here, the network is in every TV market in Louisiana as well as sister stations Laff and Bounce TV.
