Etymology

The name "Sisauli" is believed to have originated from the amalgamation of two terms: "Shiv" and "Holi." The village holds cultural significance, evident in the presence of "Holi Chowk" at its center, named after the festival. The central location also features a Shiv temple constructed atop a well, though now closed, adding a religious touch to the village's heritage.
