This page provides a mechanism to mark false positives in the WP:JCW/TAR and WP:MCW/TAR and WP:CITEWATCH targets processing. The format is
((JCW-exclude|<TARGET>|<ENTRY>))
<TARGET> should match the Target column value and <ENTRY> should match the Entries column value that is to be excluded from future results.
Add the template anywhere between the div lines in a letter section.

You must make sure that each ((JCW-exclude|...|...)) is on its own single line. A bot will automatically remove duplicates and alphabetize the section later, so just put new entries at the bottom/top of the lists and let the bot take care of the alphabetization.
